Abstract
高温でガスタービン部品を保護するための改良された組成物が記載されている。
【解決手段】
この組成物はMCrAlYタイプのものであり、ここで、Mはニッケル、又はニッケルとコバルト及び/又は鉄との組合せである。この組成物は、さらにランタニド、ハフニウム、ジルコニウム、チタン又はこれらの組合せから選択される第4族金属、及び場合によりケイ素及び/又はゲルマニウムから選択される第14族元素を含む。この組合せにより、改良されたAl保持特性が得られる。また、本明細書には、この皮膜を含む物品も開示されている。

Claims (20)
- MCrAlY組成物(式中、Mはニッケル、又はニッケルとコバルト、鉄及びコバルトと鉄との組合せからなる群から選択される金属との組合せであり、Crはクロムであり、Alはアルミニウムであり、Yはイットリウムである。)と、
ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジム、ネオジム、プロメチウム、サマリウム、ユウロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム、ルテチウム及びこれらのランタニドの1種以上を含む組合せからなる群から選択されるランタニドと、
ハフニウム、ジルコニウム、チタン及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される第4族金属と
を含んでなる組成物。 - さらに、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される第14族元素を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- Mの量が組成物の総重量を基準にして約10〜約80重量%である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- Mがニッケルである場合、ニッケルの量が組成物の総重量を基準にして約20〜約80重量%であり、さらに、Mがニッケルと鉄、コバルト又は鉄及びコバルトとの組合せである場合、組成物の総重量を基準にして、ニッケルの量が約20〜約40重量%であり、コバルトと鉄の総量が約10〜約60重量%である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- クロムの量が組成物の総重量を基準にして約5〜約30重量%である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- アルミニウムの量が組成物の総重量を基準にして約5〜約20重量%である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- イットリウムの量が組成物の総重量を基準にして約0.05〜約5重量%である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- ランタニドの量が組成物の総重量を基準にして約0.1〜約5重量%である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 第4族金属の量が組成物の総重量を基準にして約0.05〜約5重量%である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 第14族元素の量が組成物の総重量を基準にして約0.1〜約8重量%である、請求項2記載の組成物。
- ランタニドがガドリニウムである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 第4族金属がハフニウムである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 第4族金属がチタンである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 第14族元素組成物がケイ素である、請求項2記載の組成物。
- さらに、ルテニウム、レニウム、白金、パラジウム及び/又はロジウムの各々を約2重量%未満含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 組成物の総重量を基準にして、
約16〜約50重量%のコバルト、
約20〜約35重量%のニッケル、
約15〜約25重量%のクロム、
約7〜約15重量%のアルミニウム、
約0.1〜約1重量%のイットリウム、
約0.2〜約1重量%のハフニウム、
約0.5〜約1重量%のガドリニウム、及び
約0.5〜約4重量%のケイ素
を含んでなる組成物。 - 請求項1記載の組成物を含む物品であって、前記組成物が物品の表面に成膜されている、前記物品。
- 前記組成物が、物品の裸の表面上又は予め設けられた組成物を含む表面上に設けられている、請求項17記載の物品。
- 当該物品が、パラジウム、白金、ロジウム、第4族金属、ケイ素、及びゲルマニウムを実質的に含まない組成物からなる他の点では同一の物品と比較したときに改良された耐酸化性を有する、請求項17記載の物品。
- 当該物品がガスタービン部品である、請求項17記載の物品。
