(i)試料20gを白金皿に採取する。
(ii)成分元素の揮散を抑えるために粉末硫黄0.4gを加え、サンドバス上で150℃で時間おき、揮発分を除く。
(iii)残留分を燃焼させる。
(iv)500℃の電気炉で2〜3時間灰化する。
(v)2〜3mLの濃硫酸で溶解し、20mLに定容する。
(vi)マンガン、鉄、ナトリウムの含有量は誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析計(島津製、ICPS−8000)、リンの含有量は原子吸光光度計(日立製、Z6100)を用いて分析する。

無鉛ガソリン組成物を調製するための基材として、ブタン、軽質ナフサ、ラフィネート、トルエン、重質改質ガソリン、分解ガソリン、軽質分解ガソリン、重質分解ガソリン、アルキレートおよびイソオクテンを準備した。各基材の性状を表1、2に示す。
実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜3、5においては、それぞれ表1、2に示す基材及び以下に示す添加剤を用いて表3又は5に示す組成を有する無鉛ガソリン組成物を調製した。また、比較例4の無鉛ガソリン組成物として、市販されているプレミアムガソリンを準備した。各無鉛ガソリン組成物の性状を表3〜6に示す。
(添加剤)
酸化防止剤:N,N’−ジイソブチル−p−フェニレンジアミン。
実施例1〜7及び比較例1〜5の各無鉛ガソリン組成物について、下記の試験車両を使用して10・15モード走行による燃費測定および排出二酸化炭素の測定を実施した。得られた結果を表4、6に示す。

噴射方式:マルチポイント式。
実施例1〜7及び比較例1〜5の各無鉛ガソリン組成物について、下記の試験エンジンを使用し、JASO法による燃焼室デポジット試験を実施した。試験後のデポジット量を表4、6に示す。

噴射方式:マルチポイント式。
酸化安定度:○=1440分以上、△=480分以上1440分未満、×=480分未満
燃費:○=12.3km/L以上、△=12.0km/L以上12.3km/L未満、×=12.0km/L未満
燃焼室デポジット:○=800mg/test未満、△=800mg/test以上1000mg/test未満、×=1000mg/test以上
排出二酸化炭素:○=217.5g/test未満、△=217.5g/test以上218g/test未満、×=218g/test以上。
Claims (13)
- 炭素数8のイソオレフィンの含有量及び芳香族分の含有量が下記式(1)、(2)、(3)及び(4)で表される条件を満たし、100〜150℃における留出量が25容量%以上であり、リサーチ法オクタン価が89.0以上96.0未満であり、かつ、硫黄分の含有量が10質量ppm以下である無鉛ガソリン組成物。

(式中、Aは前記炭素数8のイソオレフィンの含有量(単位:容量%)を示し、Bは前記芳香族分の含有量(単位:容量%)を示す。) - 前記芳香族分に占める炭素数7の芳香族分の割合がガソリン全量に対して30容量%以下であり、前記芳香族分に占める炭素数8の芳香族分の割合がガソリン全量に対して20容量%以下であり、前記芳香族分に占める炭素数9以上の芳香族の割合がガソリン全量に対して15容量%以下である、請求項1に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- ジエン類の含有量が0.1容量%以下である、請求項1または2に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- 前記炭素数8のイソオレフィンの含有量及び前記ジエン類の含有量が下記式(5)で表される条件を満たす、請求項3に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。

(式中、Xは前記酸化防止剤の含有量(単位:g/kL)を示し、Aは前記炭素数8のイソオレフィンの含有量(単位:容量%)を示し、Cは前記ジエン類の含有量(単位:容量%)を示す。) - 沸点範囲が100〜150℃にある留分の15℃における密度が0.730〜0.860g/cm3以下である、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- 10%留出温度が70℃以下、50%留出温度が75〜110℃、90%留出温度が180℃以下、蒸留終点が220℃以下、37.8℃における蒸気圧が44〜93kPa、15℃における密度が0.783g/cm3以下、酸化安定度が240分以上、銅板腐食が1以下、洗浄実在ガムが5mg/100ml以下、未洗実在ガムが20mg/100ml以下、ベンゼン含有量が1容量%以下である、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- 芳香族分の含有量が42容量%以下、オレフィン分の含有量が45容量%以下、含酸素化合物含有量が酸素分換算で3.8質量%以下である、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- マンガンの含有量が2質量ppm以下、鉄の含有量が2質量ppm以下、ナトリウムの含有量が2質量ppm以下、カリウムの含有量が2質量ppm以下、及びリンの含有量が2質量ppm以下である、請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- 金属不活性化剤を含有する、請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- 炭素数4のオレフィンの二量化反応によって得られた基材を含有する、請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- 前記二量化反応において、炭素数4のオレフィンと固体酸触媒とを接触させる、請求項11に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
- 前記二量化反応によって得られた基材に占める炭素数8のイソオレフィンの含有量の割合が80容量%以上であり、該基材に占めるジエン類の含有量の割合が0.2容量%以下である、請求項11または12に記載の無鉛ガソリン組成物。
