Abstract
【解決手段】粉体混合装置1は、ドラム2と粉体混合室3とを備える混合器4と、粉体混合室3に水平方向に配置され、混合器4に回転可能に支持された回転軸5と、回転軸5の半径方向に突出する4本のアーム6a〜6dに取り付けられた攪拌ブレード7a〜7dで構成される第1パドル8a〜第4パドル8dを備え、パドル8a〜パドル8dは回転軸5の軸線に沿って設置され、ドラム2の中央部20を円筒形とし側部21が中央部20の両側に接続され側部21を下面22と垂直面23とから構成し回転軸5が軸となる剪頭円錐形とし、2つの攪拌ブレード7a及び7dの駆動側端面7e及び7fを下面22の傾斜に合わせる。

Description
また請求項2の発明は、前記側部に対応したパドルの攪拌ブレードの端面を前記下面の傾斜に合わせた傾斜に設定する請求項1の粉粒体混合装置である。
(1)ドラムの両端部に剪頭円錐形の傾斜面を形成したことによる傾斜部での粉粒体の重力崩壊に加え、内側と外側のパドルの半径方向全長の違いによるパドル周速の差異によって、粉粒体の三次元カオス的な混合流が機内全域に亘って形成され、混合流域が広くなる。
(2)混合時間が短縮できる。例えば、わずか2〜5分(種類により1〜3分)という所要混合時間である。
(3)茶葉など混合物のダメージが極めて少ない。
(4)回転軸の正転、逆転で異なる粉粒体混合流を得ることで、多様の混合流が得られ、比重差・粒度差の大きい粉粒体の混合においても広範囲な対応が可能である。
(5)残留混合物や汚染が少なく清掃性や水洗いに適する。
(6)混合物の排出時間が短縮できる。
(1)ドラム2の両端部に下面22を形成したことによる下面22での粉体の重力崩壊に加え、第1パドル8a及び第4パドル8dの第2パドル8b及び第3パドル8cに対する半径方向全長の違いによるパドルの周速に差異が生じることによって、粉体の三次元カオス的な混合流が粉体混合装置1内全域に亘って形成され、混合流域が広くなる。
(2)粉体混合装置1による粉体の混合時間が短縮できる。例えば、わずか2〜5分(種類により1〜3分)という所要混合時間である。
(3)粉体が茶葉などの混合物の場合、ダメージが極めて少ない。
(4)回転軸5の正転、逆転で異なる粉体混合流を得ることで、多様の混合流が得られ、比重差・粒度差の大きい粉体の混合においても広範囲な対応が可能である。
(5)下面22により粉体の残留混合物や汚染が少なく、下面22の傾斜により、清掃性や水洗性が高まる。なお、パドルの本数が少ないほど清掃或いは水洗が容易である。
(6)下面22により混合物の排出時間を短縮できる。
(7)第1パドル8a〜第4パドル8dは攪拌動作と排出動作とを兼用でき、しかも、下面22は攪拌時も排出時も作用するので、作動効率が高い。

Claims (2)
- 円筒状のドラムと粉粒体混合室とを備える本体部と、
前記粉粒体混合室に水平方向に配置され、前記本体部に回転可能に支持された回転軸と、
該回転軸の半径方向に突出するパドルアームと該パドルアームに取り付けられた攪拌ブレードで構成されるパドルを備え、該パドルは前記回転軸の軸線方向に沿って複数本が設置された粉粒体混合装置において、
前記ドラムが中央部と該中央部と接続する側部とを備え、
前記側部の下面の半径が前記軸線方向の内側から外側に向かって減少するように設定され、
前記中央部に対応するパドルの半径方向の長さが、前記側部に対応するパドルの半径方向の長さよりも大きく設定されたことを特徴とする粉粒体混合装置。 - 前記側部に対応したパドルの攪拌ブレードの端面を前記下面の傾斜に合わせた傾斜に設定する請求項1の粉粒体混合装置。
