Abstract
【解決手段】燃料噴射装置のポスト噴射により燃料添加を行い、そこから生じた炭化水素が酸化触媒で酸化反応した時の反応熱により捕集済みパティキュレートを燃焼させてパティキュレートフィルタを強制再生する排気浄化装置に関し、排気ガス7をNOx吸着触媒を迂回させて酸化触媒へ直接導くバイパス流路19と、強制再生時に排気ガス7の流れをバイパス流路19に切り換える流路切換手段20とを備えると共に、該流路切換手段20にバタフライ弁26を用いて流路を切り換える形式とし、該バタフライ弁26の傾動軸27の両端部を軸支する軸受部材28を鋳造部品で一体的に構成し且つこれを除いた残りの部位を薄肉板金部品で分割構成する。

Claims (3)
- 酸化触媒を入側に付帯装備して排気管途中に設けられたパティキュレートフィルタと、該パティキュレートフィルタの前段に設けられて低排気温度条件で排気ガス中のNOxと炭化水素を同時吸着し且つその吸着したNOx中のNO2を前記炭化水素の酸化生成物である亜酸化炭化水素と反応させて還元浄化するNOx吸着触媒とを備え、該NOx吸着触媒より上流側で燃料添加手段により排気ガス中に燃料添加を行い、その添加燃料から生じた炭化水素が酸化触媒で酸化反応した時の反応熱により捕集済みパティキュレートを燃焼させてパティキュレートフィルタを強制再生する排気浄化装置であって、排気ガスをNOx吸着触媒を迂回させて酸化触媒へ直接導くバイパス流路と、強制再生時に排気ガスの流れをバイパス流路に切り換える流路切換手段とを備えると共に、該流路切換手段をバタフライ弁を用いて流路を切り換える形式とし、該バタフライ弁の傾動軸の両端部を軸支する軸受部材を鋳造部品で一体的に構成し且つ該軸受部材の鋳造部品を除いた残りの部位を薄肉板金部品で分割構成したことを特徴とする排気浄化装置。
- 軸受部材を成す鋳造部品に、流路切換手段のハウジングの入口フランジも一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
- 流路切換手段のハウジングの外周部が断熱材により被包されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置。
