Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関10の排気通路11に設けられ、排気中のNOxを浄化するNOx浄化触媒23を有する第1の後処理装置20と、酸化触媒24と排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタ25とを有する第2の後処理装置21と、第1の後処理装置20の上流側から分岐して、第1の後処理装置20と前記第2の後処理装置21との間に合流するバイパス通路12と、バイパス通路を開閉する開閉手段と13、フィルタ再生に際し、開閉手段13を開にするとともに、酸化触媒24に燃料を供給すべく、ポスト噴射を行う制御手段とを備えた。

- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、排気中のNOxを浄化するNOx浄化触媒を有する第1の後処理装置と、
前記第1の後処理装置の下流側の前記排気通路に設けられ、酸化触媒と排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタとを有する第2の後処理装置と、
前記第1の後処理装置の上流側の前記排気通路から分岐して、前記第1の後処理装置と前記第2の後処理装置との間の前記排気通路に合流するバイパス通路と、
前記バイパス通路を開閉する開閉手段と、

ことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記バイパス通路の合流部と前記第2の後処理装置との間の前記排気通路に設けられ、前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給する第1の排気通路噴射手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記フィルタ再生に際し、前記開閉手段を開にするとともに、前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給すべく、前記ポスト噴射もしくは前記第1の排気通路噴射手段から燃料を供給する排気噴射を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記第1の後処理装置の上流側の前記排気通路に設けられ、排気中のNOx濃度を検出するNOx検出手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記フィルタ再生に際し、前記NOx検出手段の検出値が閾値以上の場合は、前記開閉手段を閉にするとともに、前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給すべく、前記ポスト噴射もしくは前記第1の排気通路噴射手段から燃料を供給する排気噴射を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記バイパス通路の分岐部と前記第1の後処理装置との間の前記排気通路に設けられ、前記開閉手段が開の際に、前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給する第2の排気通路噴射手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記フィルタ再生に際し、前記第1の排気通路噴射手段が作動しない場合は、前記開閉手段を開にするとともに、前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給すべく、前記第2の排気通路噴射手段から燃料を噴射する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の排気ガス浄化装置。
