Abstract
【解決手段】20nm以上の粒径を有する第1の導電性粒子11、及び20nm未満の粒径を有する第2の導電性粒子12からなる導電性粒子と、バインダー樹脂15と、を含有し、第1の導電性粒子11の平均粒径をR1、第2の導電性粒子12の平均粒径をR2としたときに、R2/R1が0.05〜0.5である、透明導電フィルム1。

Description
塩化インジウム及び塩化第二錫を水に溶解した水溶液を、500℃以上に加熱した雰囲気中に噴霧する方法によりITO粒子を作製した。噴霧する水溶液の液滴の大きさ、添加剤、水溶液の濃度、加熱温度や雰囲気の成分及び濃度を変化させることにより、平均粒径の異なる数種のITO粒子を作製した。得られたITO粒子を精製して不純物濃度を0.1%以下とした。
20nm以上の平均粒径を有するITO粒子(以下「ITO粒子A」という)のエタノール分散液をPETフィルム(A)に塗付し、塗布された分散液を乾燥した。次いで、更に別のPETフィルム(B)をITO粒子Aの上に載せ、全体を加圧ロールで加圧して、ITO粒子Aが凝集したシート状の凝集体を形成させた。PETフィルム(B)を剥がした後、形成された凝集体に、20nm未満の平均粒径を有するITO粒子(以下「ITO粒子B」という)、未硬化のアクリル樹脂、MEK(関東化学社製)及びビニルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学社製)を混合した混合液を含浸させた。未硬化のアクリル樹脂としては、アクリルポリマー(新中村化学)、アクリルモノマー(新中村化学)及び光重合開始剤から構成されるものを用いた。含浸された混合液を乾燥した後、UV照射によりアクリル樹脂を硬化させて、ビニル基によって表面が疎水化処理された導電性粒子を含む透明導電フィルムを得た。得られた透明導電フィルムの導電層に対して、ITO粒子Aの含有割合は75体積%であり、ITO粒子Bの含有割合は10体積%であった。
Claims (7)
- 20nm以上の粒径を有する第1の導電性粒子、及び20nm未満の粒径を有する第2の導電性粒子からなる導電性粒子と、
バインダー樹脂と、を含有する透明導電層を備え、
前記第1の導電性粒子の平均粒径をR1、前記第2の導電性粒子の平均粒径をR2としたときに、R2/R1が0.05〜0.5である、透明導電フィルム。 - 前記第2の導電性粒子の表面が疎水化処理されている、請求項1記載の透明導電フィルム。
- 前記第2の導電性粒子の表面が親水化処理されている、請求項1記載の透明導電フィルム。
- 前記第2の導電性粒子の表面に、前記バインダー樹脂と反応する官能基を有する置換基が結合している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の透明導電フィルム。
- 前記第2の導電性粒子が、当該透明導電フィルムの厚さ方向において一方の表面側に偏って分布している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の透明導電フィルム。
- 前記透明導電層が、
当該導電性粒子として前記第1の導電性粒子及び前記第2の導電性粒子が混在している導電層と、
該導電層の片側又は両側に形成され、当該導電性粒子として前記第2の導電性粒子のみが分布している層と、を含む、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の透明導電フィルム。 - 20nm以上の平均粒径を有する導電性粒子が凝集しているシート状の凝集体を形成させる工程と、
前記凝集体に対して、20nm未満の平均粒径を有する導電性粒子をバインダー樹脂とともに含浸させる工程と、
を備える透明導電フィルムの製造方法。
