Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によると,LPG、LNG噴射による混焼燃焼のディーゼル機関において,水の主成分である水素と酸素の化合物を超音波加湿器と、送風ファンによる気化式加湿器を備えた燃焼触媒補助装置により、エンジンに供給させる事で,高速加熱触媒器と、噴射口より噴射されたLPG、LNGを冷却して、なおかつLPG、LNGに水の成分である水素と酸素の化合物を混合させて、燃焼の化学変化により化合された水の主成分である水素と酸素はLPG、LNGの混焼燃焼を助け、エネルギー化する。そのために、燃費性能および走行性能ないしは、エンジン音まで低下させる快適性能まで大きくアップして、環境性能の高い補助燃焼装置を供給できる。

Description
車速信号Bから、信号が止まったアイドリング時は,タイムスイッチ8が働いて,高速加熱触媒器5と、超音波加湿器4及び,気化式加湿器6の電源を停止させる。また、エンジン始動時には,タイムスイッチ補足水用9が作動して補足水タンク7内のろ過器付きモーター10より水が補足される。

Claims (1)
- LPG、LNG等を噴射して,ディーゼル機関の出力増加、燃費節約、黒煙減少装置において、エンジン内にLPG、LNGを噴射する噴射ポートにあるニクロム線コイルを複数本、対向に内蔵した高速加熱触媒器において、超音波加湿器と、送風ファン付き気化式加湿器の複合で水分を供給させ混合され吸気される事で、燃焼室内でLPG、LNGが、主燃料の軽油と混焼される時に,水の主成分である水素と酸素の化合物をを化合させることで,補助燃焼させる燃焼触媒補助装置。車速パルスの出ない車両停止中は,予熱している高速加熱触媒器との作動を、タイムスイッチにより一定時間以上は停止させ、加湿過剰になることの防止や不必要な電力はカットさせ、作動中は、高速加熱触媒器と、LPG、LNGの噴射温度を下げ、燃焼効率も促進させて、さらに出力増加と,燃費性能向上及び有害排気低減効果をもたらす、水素,酸素の化合物によるLPG、LNG用高速加熱触媒器の燃焼触媒補助装置。
