Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも紫外線を含む光線から測定試料15を透過した又は測定試料15から反射した紫外線を検出する紫外線検出装置10において、前記光線から紫外線を分光する分光手段19と、分光手段19により分光された紫外線を検出する、紫外線のみを検出するIn、Ga、N、Al、O、及びCsなどから選ばれる元素で構成される光電面からなる光検出手段20とを有することを特徴とする紫外線検出装置10である。

図1は、本発明の実施例1における紫外線検出装置の構成図である。

実施例4としては、上述のサンケア商品における紫外線防御効果の評価する方法として、実施例1及び3の紫外線検出装置10及び紫外線検出装置50を使用する。具体的には、サンケア商品のin vitro SPF予測値を算出する。
実施例5としては、上述のサンケア商品における紫外線防御効果の評価する方法として、実施例2の紫外線検出装置30を使用する。具体的には、サンケア商品のin vivoo SPF値を算出する。

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも紫外線を含む光線から測定試料を透過した又は測定試料から反射した紫外線を検出する紫外線検出装置において、
前記光線から紫外線を分光する分光手段と、
前記分光手段により分光された紫外線を検出する、紫外線のみを検出するIn、Ga、N、Al、O、及びCsなどから選ばれる元素で構成される光電面からなる光検出手段とを有することを特徴とする紫外線検出装置。 - 前記光検出手段は、感度特性を紫外線に調整した光電子増倍管を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 前記光電子増倍管の量子効率は、200乃至400nmの範囲で0.1以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 前記分光手段は、紫外線に感度特性が調整され、且つ、波長分解能が1nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 前記分光手段は、200乃至400nmの範囲で回折格子の回折効率が0.5(相対値)以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 前記測定試料に対して前記光線を照射し、前記測定試料を透過した紫外線を検出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項の紫外線検出装置。
- 前記測定試料に対して前記光線をパルス照射する光チョッパと、
前記光チョッパ及び前記光検出手段の信号を同期させるロックインアンプとを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線検出装置。 - 前記光線の照射により紫外線の透過特性が変化する前記測定試料において、前記測定試料への前記光線の照射の総時間は同じであるが、前記光線の照射時間幅及び照射間隔が可変であること特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 測定試料に対して前記光線を照射し、前記測定試料から反射した紫外線を検出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 前記測定試料に対して紫外線の連続的な照射及び可視光の連続的又は断続的な照射を行うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 前記光線を発する光源は、キセノンランプを用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 前記キセノンランプは、擬似太陽光として用いられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の紫外線検出装置。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線検出装置を用いることにより、前記測定試料のin vitro SPF予測値及びin vivo SPF値を算出することを特徴とする紫外線防御効果の評価装置。
