Abstract
【解決手段】耐震目地材1は、壁、天井等の構造材に固着したパネル材Pの継ぎ目に嵌め込まれる断面U字状の嵌合部2と、この嵌合部2の両端縁からパネル材Pの上面に沿って添着される張出部3を硬度85以上の熱可塑性の塩化ビニルにより一体成形されたものであり、嵌合部2の側壁外面及び底壁下面に長手方向に延在する複数の溝2aが形成されているので、耐震目地材1を固定したパネル材Pの両側で異なった振動が生じてパネルP,Pの相対位置に狂いが生じても、複数の溝2aにより嵌合部2が柔軟に屈撓して変形することで耐震目地材1の周囲にクラックが生じにくくなる。

Claims (3)
- 壁、天井等の構造材に固着したパネル材の継ぎ目に嵌め込まれる断面U字状の嵌合部と、この嵌合部両端縁から前記パネル材の上面に沿って添着される張出部を熱可塑性の硬質合成樹脂により所定の長さに一体成形した目地材であって、
前記嵌合部の少なくとも底壁下面に長手方向に延在する複数の溝を形成して前記嵌合部が前記継ぎ目にて柔軟に屈撓するようにしたことを特徴とする耐震目地材。 - 前記溝は、前記嵌合部の底壁下面と側壁外面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐震目地材。
- 前記耐震目地材は、前記嵌合部及び前記張出部を単一の熱可塑性の硬質合成樹脂により一体成形したことを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項2に記載の耐震目地材。
