Abstract
【課題】カットラインより下側に拡散光を配した適切な配光パターンを形成する。
【解決手段】灯具前方に向けて配置した発光面を有するLEDと、LEDの前方に配置した投影レンズ21と、LEDの側方から斜め前方に配置された反射面30とを備えた車両用前照灯に用いる発光モジュールであって、投影レンズ21は、発光面の下辺を焦点付近に一致させて配置され、反射面30は、LEDから出射した光がカットラインよりも下方領域へ反射するように構成される。

Claims (5)
- 灯具前方に向けて配置した少なくとも一辺の長線で画成される発光面を有する発光部と、
前記発光部の前方に配置した投影レンズと、
前記発光部の側方から斜め前方に配置された反射面とを備えた車両用前照灯に用いる発光モジュールであって、
前記発光部は、少なくとも直線状の輝度境界線を有し、
前記投影レンズは、前記発光面の下辺を焦点近傍に一致させて配置され、
前記反射面は、前記発光部から出射した光が前記カットラインよりも下方領域へ反射するように構成される発光モジュール。 - 前記投影レンズ及び前記反射面は、透明樹脂で一体成形された請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記投影レンズ及び前記反射面の前方に、前記発光部から出射した光を左右方向に拡散する拡散レンズを備える請求項1又は2に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記発光部は、矩形の発光面を有する請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記発光部の前方に配置したシェードを備え、前記投影レンズは前記シェードの一辺を焦点近傍に一致させて配置される請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の発光モジュール。
