Abstract
【解決手段】本願発明においては、Sb又はTeから成る信号再生機能層と保護層との間に、熱的に安定な拡散防止層を導入することにより、信号再生機能層と保護層界面の昇温に伴う反応を阻止または抑制し、再生耐久性を上げることができる。

Description
図2に、本願発明による超解像再生のための光記録媒体の構成例を示す。基板、記録層、保護層、拡散防止層、信号再生機能層、拡散防止層、保護層及び反射層から構成される。
比較例として、図1に示すように、拡散防止層を含まない、超解像再生のための光記録媒体を形成した。ポリカーボネート基板上に、(ZnS)85(Si02)15から成る保護層を110nm、PtOxとSiO2の混合物から成る記録層を4nm、(ZnS)85(Si02)15から成る保護層を40nm、Sb3Teから成る信号再生機能層を10nm、(ZnS)85(Si02)15から成る保護層を20nm、Ag98Pd1Cu1から成る反射層を40nm、順に形成した。
拡散防止層を含まない超解像再生のための光記録媒体を形成した。あらかじめ記録ピットが形成された基板上に、(ZnS)85(Si02)15から成る保護層を100nm、Ag6.0In4.4Sb61.0Te28.6から成る信号再生機能層を15nm、(ZnS)85(Si02)15からなる保護層を100nm、順に形成した

Claims (4)
- あらかじめ記録ピットが形成された基板上に信号再生機能層が積層された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体において、該信号再生機能層は、二つの拡散防止層により挟まれ、さらに、該拡散防止層は、二つの保護層により挟まれており、該信号再生機能層は、Sb又はTeを含有し、該拡散防止層は、窒化物、酸化物又は炭化物により形成されていることを特徴とする超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。
- 基板上に一度だけ記録可能な記録層及び信号再生機能層が積層された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体において、該信号再生機能層は、二つの拡散防止層により挟まれ、さらに、該拡散防止層は、二つの保護層により挟まれており、該信号再生機能層は、Sb又はTeを含有し、該拡散防止層は、窒化物、酸化物又は炭化物により形成されていることを特徴とする超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。
- 上記保護層は、ZnSを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。
- 上記記録層は、貴金属酸化物の熱分解に伴う変化を利用することにより形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。
