Claims (19)
- サーメットを構成する金属合金と誘電体とを有する前方書き込み層の形成ステップを含む、記録型光ディスクの製造方法であって、後方書き込み層を形成して前記後方書き込み層に透明な中間層を蒸着する少なくとも一つの先行ステップを含み、前記前方書き込み層の伝達率が45%以上であることを特徴とする方法。
- 前方書き込み層の伝達率が55%より高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の記録型光ディスクの製造方法。
- 後方書き込み層を形成する複数のステップを含み、少なくとも幾つかの前記ステップは、伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高いサーメットをなす金属合金と誘電体とを共蒸着することからなり、書き込み層が、透明な中間層により分離されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の記録型光ディスクの製造方法。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高い書き込み層が、Au−Si3N4、Au-Si3N4、Au−SiO2、Al−Al2O3、In−SiO2からなる系に属するサーメットの蒸着により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の記録型光ディスクの製造方法。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高い書き込み層は、金の原子比率が50%より高いAu−Si3N4サーメットの蒸着により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の記録型光ディスクの製造方法。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高い書き込み層の厚さが5〜50nmであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の記録型光ディスクの製造方法。
- 書き込み層は、金の原子比率が約80%、Si3N4の原子比率が約20%の厚さ約20nmのAu−Si3N4活性層を、基板に共スパッタリング蒸着することより製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の記録型光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記活性層が、少なくとも一つの後方書き込み層を被覆し、前記サーメット活性層の伝達率が、45%以上で好適には55%より高いことを特徴とする、基板とサーメットタイプの活性層とからなる記録型光ディスク。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高い複数のサーメット活性層を含み、前記サーメット活性層が、後方書き込み層を被覆し、この連続層が、透明基板をなす層により分離されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の、基板とサーメットタイプの活性層とからなる記録型光ディスク。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高い書き込み層が、Au−Si3N4、Au-Si3N4、Au−SiO2、Al−Al2O3、In−SiO2からなる系に属するサーメットの蒸着により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の記録型光ディスク。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高い書き込み層は、金の原子比率が50%より高いAu−Si3N4サーメットの蒸着により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の記録型光ディスク。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高い書き込み層の厚さが5〜50nmであることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の記録型光ディスク。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高い書き込み層は、金の原子比率が約80%、Si3N4の原子比率が約20%のAu−Si3N4化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の記録型光ディスク。
- 伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高いことを特徴とする、基板へのサーメット蒸着からなる書き込み層。
- サーメットが、Au−Si3N4、Au-Si3N4、Au−SiO2、Al−Al2O3、In−SiO2からなる系に属することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の書き込み層。
- サーメットは、金の原子比率が50%より高いAu−Si3N4化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の書き込み層。
- サーメットの厚さが5〜50nmであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の書き込み層。
- サーメットは、金の原子比率が約80%、Si3N4の原子比率が約20%のAu−Si3N4化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の書き込み層。
- 個々の面に収束される少なくとも一つの活性化ビームを用いて複数の積層書き込み層を活性化することにより書き込み可能なディスクの記録方法であって、前面に配置される層の少なくとも一つの活性化ステップを含み、前記層は、伝達率が45%以上で好適には55%より高く厚さ5〜50nmのサーメット材料を有し、また、背面に配置される層の少なくとも一回の活性化ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
