Abstract
【解決手段】カオトロピックイオンで処理された生物試料から核酸を回収するための微小流路であって、細孔径が6〜29nmのシリカマイクロビーズによる集積部分が流路内に形成された微小流路を提供する。核酸を含有する溶液(生物試料など)をカオトロピックイオン溶液で処理した後、その微小流路の上流側から下流側にその核酸溶液を通過させ、シリカマイクロビーズに核酸を吸着させることにより、、核酸を効率よく回収できる。その他、シリカマイクロビーズは、平均粒径が10μm以下、粒径5μmの場合の比表面積が320m2/g以上のものがより好適である。

Claims (10)
- カオトロピックイオンで処理された生物試料から核酸を回収するための微小流路であって、細孔径が6〜29nmのシリカマイクロビーズによる集積部分が流路内に形成された微小流路。
- 前記流路の集積部分における内径が0.32〜1.00mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微小流路。
- 前記シリカマイクロビーズの平均粒径が10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微小流路。
- 前記シリカマイクロビーズは、粒径5μmの場合の比表面積が320m2/g以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微小流路。
- 生物試料をDNAチップに供給する流路中に、請求項1記載の微細流路を有する、核酸供給装置。
- 細孔径が6〜29nmのシリカマイクロビーズによる集積部分が流路内に形成された微小流路に、カオトロピックイオンで処理した核酸溶液を通過させ、前記シリカマイクロビーズに核酸を吸着させる手順を少なくとも含む、核酸回収方法。
- 前記集積部分における微小流路の内径が0.32〜1.00mmであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の核酸回収方法。
- 前記シリカマイクロビーズの平均粒径が10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の核酸回収方法。
- 前記シリカマイクロビーズは、粒径5μmの場合の比表面積が320m2/g以上であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の核酸回収方法。
- 前処理として、試料のフィルタリングを行う手順を含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の核酸回収方法。
