Claims (14)
- 管状の、一側に開放された排出口を有するチューブと、
前記チューブ内に設けられ、抽出対象物質を除く不純物をフィルタリングするヒドロゲル支持体と、
一側が詰まった管状の、前記チューブが挿入されて前記排出口に連通するハウジングと
を備え、
前記ヒドロゲル支持体は、上面に前記チューブの長手方向につながった注入溝が形成され、
前記チューブの外周には、前記ヒドロゲル支持体と当接する複数の減圧孔が形成されていることを特徴とする核酸抽出装置であって、
当該核酸抽出装置は、遠心分離機に適用されることを特徴とする核酸抽出装置。 - 前記ヒドロゲル支持体は、アガロースゲルからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- 前記アガロースゲルは、1%〜2%のアガロースを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- 前記アガロースゲルは、0.5%〜5%のアガロースを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- 前記注入溝は、前記ヒドロゲル支持体の中央に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- 前記ヒドロゲル支持体は、前記チューブの内側面と密着していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- 前記ヒドロゲル支持体は、回転体形状からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- 細胞から核酸を抽出するための核酸抽出装置に関するものであって、
前記細胞は、生体試料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。 - 細胞から核酸を抽出するための核酸抽出装置に関するものであって、
前記細胞は、動物試料、植物試料、または微生物試料からなる群より選択されるいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。 - 細胞から核酸を抽出するための核酸抽出装置に関するものであって、
前記細胞は、血液、血清、血漿、骨髄、尿、糞便、痰、細胞穿刺液、組織、および組織由来物質を含むヒト由来細胞であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。 - 前記核酸は、DNAであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- DNAチップ検査において核酸の抽出に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- 遺伝子検査において核酸の抽出に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。
- ポイントオブケア検査において核酸の抽出に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出装置。
