前記基材の上にフォト生成層を成膜するステップと、
を備え、前記フォト生成層がペンダント型電荷輸送材料を有する自己アセンブリ型カーボンナノチューブ材料を含むことを特徴とする電子写真画像形成部材を形成する方法。 - 基材と、
