Abstract
【解決手段】ミキサドラム1を回転駆動する油圧モータ81と、油圧モータ81に接続する第一、第二給排通路51,52と、エンジン60によって回転駆動される可変容量油圧ポンプ10と、エンジン60によって回転駆動されるチャージポンプ11とを備え、方向切換弁20は撹拌ポジションbにて可変容量油圧ポンプ10から吐出される作動油を第一給排通路51に導く流路の開口面積をチャージポンプ11の吐出圧が上昇するのに応動して増大させる構成とした。

Claims (5)
- ミキサドラムを回転駆動する油圧モータと、
前記油圧モータに接続する第一、第二給排通路と、
エンジンによって回転駆動される可変容量油圧ポンプと、
前記可変容量油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油を前記第二給排通路に導く排出ポジションaと前記第一給排通路に導く撹拌ポジションb、投入ポジションdと前記第一、第二給排通路を遮断する中立ポジションcとを有する方向切換弁と、
前記可変容量油圧ポンプのポンプ吐出量を変えるアクチュエータと、
前記第一、第二給排通路の圧力のうちいずれか高い方の圧力を負荷圧として取り出す高圧選択弁と、
前記高圧選択弁の取り出した負荷圧と前記可変容量油圧ポンプの吐出圧との差圧が所定値に保たれるように前記アクチュエータに導かれるポンプ吐出圧を調節するロードセンシング弁と、
前記エンジンによって回転駆動されるチャージポンプとを備え、
前記方向切換弁は撹拌ポジションbにて前記可変容量油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油を前記第一給排通路に導く流路の開口面積を前記チャージポンプの吐出圧が上昇するのに応動して増大させる構成としたことを特徴とするミキサドラム駆動装置。 - 前記方向切換弁はその摺動によって排出ポジションaと撹拌ポジションbと投入ポジションdと中立ポジションcとに切換えるスプールと、
前記スプールを排出ポジションa方向に付勢するリターンスプリングと、
前記スプールを撹拌ポジションb方向に付勢するパイロット圧力としてチャージポンプの吐出圧が導かれるパイロット圧室と、
前記スプールを移動するレバーとを備え、
前記スプールとレバーの間にレバー隙間δを設け、
撹拌ポジションbにてレバー隙間δのストローク範囲内で前記スプールが前記チャージポンプの吐出圧に応動して前記可変容量油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油を前記第一給排通路に導く流路の開口面積を変化させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。 - 前記スプールを排出ポジションa方向に付勢する第一、第二リターンスプリングを備え、
前記第二リターンスプリングは前記スプールを常に付勢する一方、前記第一リターンスプリングは排出ポジションaと中立ポジションcにて前記スプールを付勢せず、撹拌ポジションbと投入ポジションdにて前記スプールを付勢するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。 - 前記チャージポンプの吐出圧を導くチャージ通路を備え、
前記方向切換弁は撹拌ポジションb、投入ポジションdにて前記チャージ通路を前記パイロット圧室に連通し、
撹拌ポジションbにて前記チャージポンプの吐出圧に応動して前記スプールが移動するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。 - 前記可変容量油圧ポンプのポンプ吸込通路に前記チャージポンプの吐出圧を導くチャージ通路を接続し、
前記方向切換弁は撹拌ポジションb、投入ポジションdにて前記ポンプ吸込通路を前記パイロット圧室に連通し、
撹拌ポジションbにて前記チャージポンプの吐出圧に応動して前記スプールが移動するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のミキサドラム駆動装置。
