Abstract
【解決手段】通信用のアンテナを形成するアンテナパターン112に、アンテナによる無線通信を行う回路チップ111が電気的に接続されてなるインレット110と、インレット110を内包してインレット110への熱伝導を妨げる非金属製の蓄熱部140と、蓄熱部140を内包してこの蓄熱部140への熱伝導を妨げる、この蓄熱部140の熱伝導率よりも小さな熱伝導率を有する、非金属製の断熱部150とを備えた。

Description
上記インレットを内包した、そのインレットへの熱拡散を妨げる非金属製の蓄熱部と、
上記蓄熱部を内包した、その蓄熱部への熱伝導を妨げる、上記蓄熱部の熱拡散率よりも大きな熱拡散率を有するが、その蓄熱部の熱伝導率よりも小さな熱伝導率を有する断熱部とを備えたことを特徴とする。
上記断熱部が、上記ケースの表面を覆うものである」という形態は好ましい形態である。

ここで、上式における「θ」は中心部分の温度と環境温度との温度差であり、「τ」は時間であり、「r」は円柱形状の周面から中心軸に向かう半径方向の距離であり、「k」は熱拡散率であり、「λ」は熱伝導率であり、「Cp」は比熱であり、「ρ」は密度である。また、この式を解くに当たっては、τ=0のときにθ=200℃−25℃=175℃という初期条件が使われる。

Claims (2)
- 通信用のアンテナと該アンテナによる無線通信を行う回路チップとが相互に電気的に接続されてなるインレットと、
前記インレットを内包した、該インレットへの熱拡散を妨げる非金属製の蓄熱部と、
前記蓄熱部を内包した、該蓄熱部への熱伝導を妨げる、前記蓄熱部の熱拡散率よりも大きな熱拡散率を有するが、該蓄熱部の熱伝導率よりも小さな熱伝導率を有する断熱部とを備えたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。 - 前記インレットを内包した前記蓄熱部を収容した非金属製のケースを備え、
前記断熱部が、前記ケースの表面を覆うものであることを特徴とするRFIDタグ。
