Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- 少なくとも1種類の熱伝達液を利用する熱交換系内のスケール及び堆積物を構造改変し、除去する方法において、
熱交換系の稼動を停止し;
熱交換系から熱伝達液の少なくとも一部を抜き取り;
作用濃度のキレート化剤から成り、pH調節剤を含むスケール構造改変剤の洗浄用水溶液を熱交換系に注入し;
熱交換系中に洗浄用水溶液を循環させ、熱交換系中に洗浄用水溶液を循環させながら;
洗浄用水溶液を作用温度に維持し;
洗浄用水溶液を作用pH値に維持し;
熱交換系中に洗浄用水溶液を循環させながら、洗浄用水溶液を攪拌し;
熱交換系から洗浄用水溶液をほぼ残らず抜き取り;
交換熱伝導液を注入し;
熱交換系を再び稼動させるステップから成ることを特徴とする前記方法。 - キレート化剤がEDTA、HEDTA、ラウリル置換EDTA、及びイミノジスクシネートとのポリアスパラギン酸から成る群から選択された少なくとも1種類のキレート化剤であり;
pH調節剤が炭素数10個未満の窒素含有脂肪族化合物、例えば、トリエタノールアミン、ジメチルアミン、エチルアミン、1,2-ジアミノエタン、ジアミノプロパン、エタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、2-メチル‐2-アモノ‐1-プロパノール、5-アミノペンタノール、またはメトキシプロピルアミンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 洗浄用水溶液中におけるスケール構造改変剤の作用濃度が2重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 作用濃度が1重量%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 作用濃度が1重量%に近いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 作用温度が100℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 作用温度が75℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 作用pH値がpH3.5乃至pH11であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 作用pH値がpH5.5乃至pH11であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 流動励起混合、不活性ガス噴霧、またはこれら2つの方法の組合せによって洗浄用水溶液を攪拌することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 洗浄用水溶液を循環させながら追加のスケール構造改変剤を注入するステップをも含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 追加のスケール構造改変剤を予め混合された濃縮溶液として熱交換系に注入し、追加のスケール構造改変剤を注入することによってスケール構造改変剤を作用濃度に維持できることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 熱交換系にリンス水溶液を注入し;
少なくとも1回の水圧・機械式洗浄処理を行い;
リンス水溶液をほぼ残らず抜き取るステップをも含み;
交換熱伝達液を注入する前にこれらの追加ステップを完了することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - スケール構造改変剤が還元剤をも含み、還元剤がアスコルビン酸、クエン酸、ヒドラジン、触媒反応ヒドラジン、カルボヒドラジド、及びアスコルビン酸、クエン酸、ヒドラジン、触媒反応ヒドラジン、及びカルボヒドラジドの異性体から成る群から選択したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種類の熱伝達液を利用する熱交換系内のスケール及び堆積物を構造改変し、除去する方法において、
熱交換系の稼動を停止し;
スケール構造改変剤が作用濃度範囲内の濃度で洗浄用溶液中に存在し、キレート化剤及びpH調節剤を含むように、熱交換系内にスケール構造改変剤の洗浄用水溶液を形成し;
熱交換系中に洗浄用水溶液を循環させ、熱交換系中に洗浄用水溶液を循環させながら;
洗浄用水溶液を作用温度に維持し;
洗浄用水溶液を作用pH値の範囲内に維持し;
処理時間の少なくとも一部に亘って熱交換系中に洗浄用水溶液を循環させながら、洗浄用水溶液を攪拌し;
処理時間の終了時に熱交換系から洗浄用水溶液をほぼ残らず抜き取り;
交換熱伝導液を注入し;
熱交換系を再び稼動させるステップから成ることを特徴とする前記方法。 - 洗浄用水溶液を形成するステップが
スケール構造改変剤の濃縮溶液から成る所定量の予め混合された水溶液を熱交換系に注入するステップをも含み;
前記所定量の予め混合された水溶液が熱伝達液と共に、スケール構造改変剤の濃度が作用濃度の範囲内となるように洗浄用水溶液を形成することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 - 作用温度、作用pH値、及び処理時間がマグネタイト・スケールの空隙率及び溶解度を高めるのに充分であり、作用温度、作用pH値、及び作用時間の組み合わせを炭素鋼及び低合金鋼に1回適用するごとに、0.001インチ未満の腐食を誘発することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 熱交換系が蒸気発生設備であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 蒸気発生設備が原子力蒸気発生設備であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 洗浄用水溶液中のスケール構造改変剤の作用濃度が2重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 作用濃度が1重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 作用濃度が1重量%に近いことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 作用温度が100℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 作用温度が75℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 作用pHがpH3.5乃至pH11であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 作用pHがpH5.5乃至pH11であることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- スケール構造改変剤が還元剤をも含み、還元剤がアスコルビン酸、クエン酸、ヒドラジン、触媒反応ヒドラジン、カルボヒドラジドと、アスコルビン酸、クエン酸、ヒドラジン、触媒反応ヒドラジン、及びカルボヒドラジドの異性体とから成る群から選択されたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
