Abstract
Description
a)刃先もしくは各刃先の近傍の位置に少なくとも1つの自由縁を有する刃本体を形成し、
b)刃本体よりも高い硬度の粉末状の補完材料を少なくとも1つの自由縁に投射し、
c)前記自由縁の少なくとも一部にビードやストリップを形成するため、補完材料にレーザー光線を照射し、
d)刃先を補完材料でできたビード又はストリップに形成する。
・自由縁は刃本体の主面に対して垂直に延びる平面によって形成される。
・自由縁は刃本体の一部により形成されており、相対的に刃の本体の主面に対してゼロではない角度で方向付けられた主面内に延びる。
・刃本体は、完成された刃よりわずかに小さい寸法を有する。
・刃先は、少なくとも補完材料でできたビード又はストリップの研削、機械加工、又は研 磨により形成される。
・刃本体は、刃先が機械加工又は研磨されると同時に機械加工又は研削される。
・刃本体は、補完材料のビードを形成する段階の前に機械加工又は研削される。
・刃先を形成する段階(d)の前に、補完材料のビードやストリップを設けた刃本体の硬 化又は焼き戻し工程が行われる。
・前述の材料の除去は、主面に対して反対側の刃本体の縁、補完材料が堆積した刃本体の 縁から行われる。
・刃先と刃本体は少なくとも2つの異なる材料でつくられている。
・上述した刃を少なくとも1つ有する切断具、特にナイフ、はさみ、のこぎり、家庭用具 、又は工業用機械。
有利には、炭化チタンの粒子50が、ステンレス鋼の粒子51に内包される。
この内包は全体的なもの、すなわち炭化チタンによって、両材料からできた粒子のコアを形成するものであってもよいし、部分的なもの、すなわち、炭化チタンの粒子がステンレス粒子に形成されたソケットに受容されるものであってもよい。
Claims (12)
- 切断具、特にナイフ、ハサミ、のこぎり、家庭用品、又は工業機械の刃の製造方法であって、刃(1)は、鋼鉄又はステンレス鋼の合金製であり、その周囲の少なくとも1部にわたって延びる、少なくとも1つの刃先(3,103)を持ち、以下の段階を有することを特徴とする方法:
a)刃の本体(2, 102)が、刃先もしくは各刃先(3, 103)の近傍に少なくとも1つの自由縁 (F;4)を有するようにし、
b)粉末状(5, 105)の、刃本体の硬度よりも高い硬度の補完材料(M, M')を少なくとも1つの自由縁(F, 4)に投射し、
c)自由縁(4, F)の少なくとも一部にビード(6)やストリップ(109)を形成するため、粉末状の補完材料(5, 105)にレーザー光線(8)を照射し、
d)刃先(3, 103)を補完材料(M, M7)でできたビード(6)又はストリップ(109)に形成する。 - 前記自由縁が、刃本体(2)の主面(P)に垂直に延びる平面(4)により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記自由縁が、刃本体(102)の主面(P')に対してゼロではない角度で方向付けられている主面内に延びる刃本体(102)の一部(F)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 刃本体(2, 102)が、仕上げられた刃(1)よりも僅かに小さい寸法を呈することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 刃先(3, 103)が、少なくとも補完材料でできたビード(6)又はストリップ(109)を研削、機械加工又は研磨することにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 刃本体(2, 102)と刃先(3, 103)とが同時に機械加工され、または研削されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 補完材料でビード(6)を形成する段階の前に、刃本体(2)を機械加工又は研削することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 刃先を形成する段階d)の前に、補完材料でできたビード(6)又はストリップ(109)を設けた本体(2, 102)の硬化及び焼き戻し工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 主面(P')に対して反対側の刃本体(2, 102)の縁(FO)から補完材料(M')が堆積している刃本体(102)の縁(F)から材料を取り除くことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 切断具、特にナイフ、ハサミ、のこぎり、家庭用品、又は工業機械の刃であって、その周辺の少なくとも一部に刃先を有し、かつ刃本体(2, 102)を有していて、前記刃先(3, 103)が前記刃本体(2, 102)の1つの縁に支持されていることを特徴とする刃。
- 刃先(3,103)と刃本体(2, 102)が少なくとも二つの異なる材料でできていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の刃。
- 切断具、特にナイフ、ハサミ、のこぎり、家庭用品、又は工業機械であって、請求項10又は11に従って製造された少なくとも1つの刃を含むことを特徴とする切断具。
