Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 切断ダイを形成する方法であって、 ブレード材料をダイ表面にクラッディングすなわち被覆形成し、前記表面から 外方へ突出したブレードを形成する段階と、 被覆形成したブレードを成形する段階とを含む切断ダイの形成方法。 2. 請求項1に記載された方法であって、前記被覆形成する段階が、 前記ダイ表面の領域を加熱する段階と、 加熱した領域にブレード材料を導いて、前記表面から外方へ前記材料のブレー ドを形成する段階とを含む切断ダイの形成方法。 3. 請求項2に記載された方法であって、レーザーによって前記領域を加熱 する段階を含む切断ダイの形成方法。 4. 請求項2に記載された方法であって、被覆形成粉末を前記ブレードを形 成するための加熱した領域へ導く段階を含む切断ダイの形成方法。 5. 請求項2に記載された方法であって、前記成形段階が放電加工によって 前記ブレードを成形する段階を含む切断ダイの形成方法。 6. 請求項2に記載された方法であって、前記成形段階が切削によって前記 ブレードを成形する段階を含む切断ダイの形成方法。 7. 請求項2に記載された方法であって、前記成形段階が研磨によって前記 ブレードを成形する段階を含む切断ダイの形成方法。 8. 請求項1に記載された方法であって、前記ブレードを熱処理する段階を さらに含む切断ダイの形成方法。 9. 請求項1に記載された方法であって、前記ブレードを極低温処理する段 階をさらに含む切断ダイの形成方法。 10. 請求項1に記載された方法であって、前記被覆形成段階が、 所望のブレードパターンに対応した移動路においてダイ表面に沿ってレーザー ビームを走査する段階と、 前記移動路に沿って前記ダイ表面を溶融する段階と、 前記移動路を加熱しつつ前記移動路に材料を導いて、前記パターンにてダイブ レードを形成する段階とを含む切断ダイの形成方法。 11. 請求項10に記載された方法であって、前記成形段階の後に前記ダイブ レードを熱処理して前記ダイブレードを硬化させる段階を含む切断ダイの形成方 法。 12. 請求項10に記載された方法であって、前記材料を導く段階が前記移動 路へ被覆形成粉末を導く段階を含む切断ダイの形成方法。
