Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の複数の構成部品(12,14)を封止するためのシリンダヘッドガスケットであって、燃焼室を取り巻く少なくとも1つの開口部、および該開口部と反対側の外側を向いた縁(C)を備える金属の機能層(4)と、電気絶縁性かつ液体不透過性のエラストマー層(2)と、を含んでおり、
前記エラストマー層(2)は前記機能層(4)の前記縁(C)を包み込んでおり、シリンダヘッドガスケットは少なくとも1つの別の層(8,10,16)を含んでおり、前記機能層(4)は前記少なくとも1つの別の層(8,10,16)よりも前記燃焼室と反対の方向に突出している、シリンダヘッドガスケットにおいて、
前記エラストマー層(2)は、その上面と下面に、前記縁(C)に沿って周回するように延びるそれぞれ少なくとも1つのシールリップ(6,6’,6’’,6’’’)を有しており、前記エラストマー層(2)は、シリンダヘッドガスケットが組み込まれた状態の時に、前記シールリップ(6,6’,6’’,6’’’)の所でのみ、封止すべき前記構成部品(12,14)と接触することを特徴とするシリンダヘッドガスケット。 - 前記エラストマー層(2)は前記少なくとも1つの別の層(8,10,16)の縁に隣接している、請求項1に記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
- 前記エラストマー層(2)は前記少なくとも1つの開口部の縁を包み込んでいる、請求項1または2に記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
- 複数の前記シールリップ(6,6’,6’’,6’’’)が前記上面と前記下面で相互にずらして配置されている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
- ガスケットは前記機能層(4)の上側または下側に少なくとも2つの別の層(10,16)を有しており、前記エラストマー層(2)は前記少なくとも2つの別の層(10,16)の側に少なくとも2つの前記シールリップ(6,6’,6’’,6’’’)を有しており、少なくとも1つの前記シールリップ(6)が前記第1の層(10)および前記第2の層(16)のそれぞれの縁の間に配置されている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
- ガスケットは前記機能層(4)の上側または下側に少なくとも1つの層(10,8)を有しており、前記エラストマー層(2)は部分的に前記機能層(4)と前記少なくとも1つの層(8,10)との間に配置されている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドガスケット。
