前記吸水性組成物(i)は、セメント質組成物少なくとも5質量%及び石灰25〜63質量%、有利に25〜50質量%を含有する。従って、石灰の質量とセメント質組成物の質量との合計は、吸水性組成物(i)の全質量の67〜100%、有利に90〜100%、さらに有利にほぼ100%である。
前記吸水性組成物は、セメント質組成物少なくとも5質量%及び石灰25〜92質量%、有利に30〜50質量%を含有する。従って、石灰の質量とセメント質組成物の質量との合計は、吸水性組成物(i)の全質量の67〜100%、有利に90〜100%、さらに有利にほぼ100%である。
硬化性混合物は吸水性組成物45質量%と、VINNAPAS(R) RE 5044 N(酢酸ビニル−エチレンコポリマー)55質量%とからなる。前記吸水性組成物は、CSA結合剤48.00質量%(4CaO・3Al2O3・SO4(Yeelimit)ほぼ75質量%及びNa2SO4(Thenardite;テナルド石)10質量%を有するセメント)、CSA膨張剤32.00質量%(CaSO4(硬石膏)ほぼ63質量%、CaO(Stabilite/石灰)ほぼ28質量%及び4CaO・3Al2O3・SO4(Yeelimit)8質量%)及びCaO 20.00質量%を含有するため、吸水性組成物(i)中のCaOの全体の量は約30質量%である。製造された相応する被覆は次の特性を有する:
− 初期強度(1時間の硬化時間に対応する引張強度)>0.5MPa
− 破断点伸び(28日の硬化時間で) >45%
− 最終強度(28日の硬化時間に対応する引張強度)>3.5MPa。
硬化性混合物は、Arconal(R) 430 P(ポリアクリラート含有粉末)70質量%、Scatto(R)-セメント(緑礬30〜35質量%、石灰及びヤコブサイトのような酸化物25〜30質量%、ドロマイト、菱鉄鋼及び方解石のような炭酸塩19〜20質量%及びケイ酸塩12〜13質量%を含有)24.00質量%及びCaO 6質量%からなる。この硬化性混合物の吸水性組成物(i)はCaOほぼ42質量%を含有する。
− 初期強度 >0.5MPa
− 破断点伸び>100%
− 最終強度(28d) 約2.5MPa。
硬化性混合物は、VINNAPAS(R) RE 5044 N60.00、Blue Circe Rockfast(R) A(高アルミン酸セメント)14.00及びCaO 26.00質量%からなる。この吸水性組成物(i)はCaOほぼ69質量%を含有する。
− 初期強度 >0.5MPa
− 破断点伸び(28日の硬化時間で) >100%
− 最終強度(28d) 約2.5MPa
上記実施例の結果は、セメントの種類、ポリマーの種類及びポリマーと吸水性組成物(i)との割合のような他のパラメータが変化する場合に、初期強度、破断点伸び及び最終強度の特性の許容できる値が達成できることを示した。
Claims (10)
- (i) 吸水性組成物及び
(ii) 有機ポリマーの水性エマルション又は
(iii) 分散性有機ポリマー
を有し、
その際、前記吸水性組成物(i)は水と反応することができる無機成分を含有し、かつ前記吸水性組成物(i)は石灰少なくとも13質量%とセメント質組成物少なくとも5質量%を含有し、前記セメント質組成物の成分は水の吸収の間にエトリンジャイトを形成し、かつ
その際、(i)に対する有機ポリマーの水性エマルション(ii)の量は、ポリマー固体の合わせた質量対水と反応することができる成分の合わせた質量の比0.5:1〜10:1、有利に1:1〜4:1が提供される量であり、
その際、(i)に対する分散性有機ポリマー(iii)の量は、ポリマーの合わせた質量対水と反応することができる成分の合わせた質量の比0.5:1〜10:1、有利に1:1〜4:1が提供される量である、硬化性混合物。 - 石灰の質量とセメント質組成物の質量との合計は、吸水性組成物(i)の全質量の67〜100%、有利に90〜100%、さらに有利にほぼ100%である、請求項1記載の硬化性混合物。
- 吸水性組成物(i)が石灰少なくとも25質量%、有利に少なくとも62質量%を含有する、請求項1又は2記載の硬化性混合物。
- セメント質組成物がアルミン酸カルシウム及び硫酸カルシウムを含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の硬化性混合物。
- エトリンジャイトの形成に関して、吸水性組成物(i)は化学量論的過剰量の石灰を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の硬化性混合物。
- 吸水性組成物(i)と有機ポリマーの水性エマルション(ii)とを有する請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の硬化性混合物を形成さる工程と、前記硬化性混合物を表面に設けて有利に少なくとも2mmの厚さの被覆を形成させる工程とを有する、表面に被覆を適用する方法。
- 吸水性組成物(i)と分散性有機ポリマー(iii)とを有する請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の硬化性混合物を形成さる工程と、前記硬化性混合物と水とを合わせる工程と、前記混合物を表面に設けて有利に少なくとも2mmの厚さの被覆を形成させる工程とを有する、表面に被覆を適用する方法。
- 請求項6又は7記載の方法により製造できる被覆。
- 岩盤支保手段としての請求項8記載の被覆の使用。
- 防水手段としての請求項8記載の被覆の使用。
