Claims (28)
- 分光光度計を較正するための装置において、該装置が較正プレートを有し、該較正プレートが、
第1の面と、
第2の面と、
1つ又は複数のキュベットを取り外し可能に保持するための手段と、
前記第1の面から前記第2の面まで、又は前記第2の面から前記第1の面まで通じる1つ又は複数の光ビーム入口とを有する、分光光度計を較正するための装置。 - 前記1つ又は複数のキュベットを取り外し可能に保持するための手段に保持された1つ又は複数のキュベットをさらに有する請求項1に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記1つ又は複数のキュベットのうちの少なくとも1つが、溶液により満たされている請求項2に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記1つ又は複数のキュベットのうちの少なくとも1つが、1つ又は複数の発色団を含む溶液により満たされている請求項3に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- ニュートラル・デンシティー(ND)ガラス・フィルタを保持するための手段をさらに有する請求項1に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- NDガラス・フィルタを保持するための手段に保持されたNDガラス・フィルタをさらに有する請求項6に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 溶液により満たされた前記1つ又は複数のキュベットの各々が上蓋を含み、前記装置が前記上蓋を密封するための手段をさらに有する請求項3に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記上蓋を密封するための手段が、圧着上蓋密封材を含む請求項7に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記上蓋を密封するための手段が、前記上蓋と前記圧着上蓋密封材との間に配置された膜を含む請求項8に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記1つ又は複数のキュベットの各々は、前記1つ又は複数のビーム入口の各々を通る一定のビーム経路が前記鉛直ビーム分光光度計に作られるように、前記手段内で方向付けされている請求項2に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記溶液充填キュベットの各々が、密封された上蓋、膨張許容領域、及び前記溶液充填キュベット内の圧縮可能部材を有する請求項3に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記圧縮可能材料が気体である請求項11に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記気体が空気である請求項12に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記溶液充填キュベットの各々は、前記装置が前記鉛直ビーム分光光度計の較正に使用される際は、前記気体を前記膨張許容領域に保持するように構成かつ配置された泡制御装置を有する請求項12に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記泡制御装置が棚である請求項14に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記棚が堅い材料により作られている請求項15に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記堅い材料がガラスである請求項16に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記泡制御装置が非金属の管である請求項14に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記泡制御装置が、前記気体を収容する袋である請求項14に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記泡制御装置が、前記気体を含む多孔質材料である請求項14に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 前記泡制御装置が、堅い棚、非金属管、袋、及び多孔質材料のうちの2つ以上のものの組合せから成る請求項14に記載された分光光度計を較正するための装置。
- 分光光度計を較正する方法において、
a.1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットを含む較正プレートを前記分光光度計に配置する段階であって、前記較正プレートが、前記1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットの各々に関連する1つ又は複数のビーム入口を含み、前記1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットの各々が、1つ又は複数の基準光吸収度の発色団を含み、前記溶液充填キュベットの各々が、前記分光光度計に一定のビーム経路を作るように構成かつ配置されている、較正プレートを前記分光光度計に配置する段階と、
b.前記溶液充填キュベットの各々の光吸収度を測定する段階と、
c.前記1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットの基準光吸収度値を基準分光光度計により得る段階と、
d.前記測定された光吸収度値を前記基準光吸収度値と比較する段階とを含む、分光光度計を較正する方法。 - 前記較正プレートがニュートラル・デンシティー(ND)ガラス・フィルタをさらに含み、前記方法が、ある期間にわたって、前記NDガラス・フィルタの光吸収度に対する前記1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットの各々の光吸収度を評価する段階をさらに含む請求項22に記載された分光光度計を較正する方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットの各々の光吸収度をある期間にわたって評価する段階が、
a.一度目に、前記NDガラス・フィルタの光吸収度と、前記1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットのうちの1つ又は複数の光吸収度とを測定する段階と、
b.前記NDガラス・フィルタ及び前記1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットの前記一度目の光吸収度値を記録する段階と、
c.二度目に、前記NDガラス・フィルタの光吸収度と、前記1つ又は複数の溶液充填キュベットのうちの1つ又は複数の光吸収度とを測定する段階と、
d.前記一度目の前記測定と前記二度目の前記測定の光吸収度値を比較する段階とを含む請求項23に記載された分光光度計を較正する方法。 - 圧着密封材を有する上蓋と、膨張許容領域と、前記キュベット内の圧縮可能部材品とを有する、分光光度計を較正するためのキュベット。
- 前記圧縮可能部材が気体である請求項25に記載された分光光度計を較正するためのキュベット。
- 前記上蓋と前記圧着密封材との間に配置された非金属膜をさらに有する請求項25に記載された分光光度計を較正するためのキュベット。
- 1つ又は複数の基準吸収度を有する1つ又は複数の発色団を有する溶液をさらに含む請求項25に記載された分光光度計を較正するためのキュベット。
