Claims (8)
- 供給源から付与点に、液体組成物を静電チャージして付与するように構成及び配置される静電噴霧装置であって、
該装置は、
駆動部と、
高電圧を供給する高電圧発生器と、
前記駆動部及び前記高電圧発生器を始動する電源と、
該液体組成物の該供給源を含む容器と、
付与ユニットとを含み、
該付与ユニットは、
前記駆動部に機械的に接続されてそれにより駆動され、該容器の直上流で該容器からの該液体組成物を供給するためのポンプと、
前記高電圧発生器に電気的に接続され、該液体組成物を静電チャージするエミッタ電極と、
該付与点に配置され、該液体組成物を付与するノズルと、
該電源を操作するためのスイッチと、
操作される該スイッチに選択的に応じて噴霧モード及び滴下モードを提供するためのセレクタとを含み、
該滴下モードでは、前記ポンプが単独で始動されて電気チャージ無しにノズルを介して外に該液体組成物を付与し、
該噴霧モードでは、該液体組成物が該ノズルを出る前に該エミッタ電極で電気的にチャージされた状態で、前記ポンプ及び該エミッタ電極が同時に始動されて該ノズルを介して外に該液体組成物を付与する
静電噴霧装置。 - 前記装置は、前記駆動部、前記高電圧発生器、前記電源、前記スイッチ及び前記セレクタを保持するハウジングを含む請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記セレクタは、前記ハウジングの外部に露出されて利用者の指で操作され、
前記セレクタは、前記滴下モードを定める滴下位置と前記噴霧モードを定める噴霧位置との間で移動自在であり、
前記セレクタは、前記スイッチをその直近で囲み、前記滴下位置と前記噴霧位置との間で軸回転自在である
請求項2記載の装置。 - 前記セレクタは、前記モータ及び前記エミッタ電極が始動されるのを禁止する停止位置を持つ請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、その外部に、前記滴下モード及び前記噴霧モードの一つが選択されることを指示する表示器が形成される請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記セレクタは、前記スイッチによって作動される圧力応答型であり、第1の範囲押される前記スイッチハンドルに応じて前記滴下モードを与え、前記第1の範囲よりも大きな第2の範囲押される前記スイッチに応じて前記噴霧モードを与える請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧モードは、前記高電圧発生器を始動してから遅れて前記ポンプを始動開始するように決められる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧モードは、前記高電圧発生器からの該高電圧出力を監視することを含み、前記監視された高電圧出力が臨界レベルを超えるときに前記高電圧発生器及び前記ポンプを作動するのを止めるように決められる請求項1記載の装置。
