Abstract
Description
以下の例は本発明を説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されない。
容器に脱ミネラル水を投入した。Nordenia社のタイプG 6102.090のポリビニルアルコールフィルムを、撹拌しながら水中に溶解させた。その後、フルオロアルミン酸カリウム(Nocolok)の添加を行った。製造された融剤懸濁液は次のものからなっていた:
フルオロアルミン酸カリウム 18%
ポリビニルアルコール 2%
脱ミネラル水 80%。
寸法25×25×0.4〜1mmを有し、片面でろうめっきされたアルミニウムクーポン及びめっきされていないアルミニウムクーポンを例1からの均質化された懸濁液中へ約30秒間浸漬し、引き続いて乾燥させた。クーポン上の融剤の分布は均質であった。表面上での融剤の付着は良好であり、かつワイピング耐性であった。
ろう付け条件:
持続的な窒素流 11 l/分
加熱速度 605℃の温度まで30℃/分
605℃での保持時間 2分
冷却時間 30℃/分。
全てのクーポンは角部と最適にろう付けされていた。
Claims (7)
- 複雑なアルカリ金属フッ化物をベースとする融剤において、前記融剤が水溶性ポリマーを含有していることを特徴とする、融剤。
- 融剤が例えば結合剤又は分散剤のような助剤を含有している、請求項1記載の融剤。
- 融剤が水溶性ポリマーとしてポリビニルアルコール及び/又はポリビニルアルコール誘導体を0.005〜10質量%の量で(融剤製剤に対して)含有している、請求項1記載の融剤。
- 水溶性ポリマーをシェル物質として融剤製剤のために使用するか、又はグラニュールもしくは粉末として融剤製剤中へ導入することを特徴とする、融剤を調製する方法。
- ポリビニルアルコール又はポリビニルアルコール誘導体からなる水溶性フィルムを融剤製剤のためのシェル物質として使用する、請求項4記載の融剤を調製する方法。
- 水溶性ポリマーをグラニュール又は粉末としてペースト状の融剤製剤中へ導入する、請求項4記載の融剤を調製する方法。
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなる構造部材をろう付けするため、又はアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなる構造部材及び適している材料、例えば銅、黄銅、鉄又は合金鋼からなる構造部材をろう付けするための、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の融剤製剤の使用。
