Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載した、払拭角を調節する方法から出発する。
本発明によれば、まずウインドウワイパ装置を偏心ボールジャーナルなしに車両ボデーに取り付ける。その後、偏心ボールジャーナルのリベットジャーナルを駆動クランクの相応の孔内に挿入し、最適な払拭角に応じて、リベットジャーナルのジャーナル軸線を中心とした偏心ボールジャーナルの回動により、偏心ボールジャーナルのジョイント軸線と駆動軸の軸線との間の有効な半径を変更することにより調節する。最終的にリベットジャーナルを駆動クランク内に固定する。本発明による方法により、ウインドウワイパ装置の個別部分の公差だけでなく、自動車に起因する公差も考慮される。それにより、±0.5°の払拭角公差を達成することが可能である。
その他の利点は以下の図面の説明から得られる。図面には本発明の実施例が示されている。図面、明細書および特許請求の範囲は多数の特徴の組み合わせを含んでいる。当業者はこれらの特徴を合目的に個別的に観察し、有意義な別の組み合わせに統合することもできる。

必要なときにウインドウワイパ装置はウインドシールド10をクリーニングする。ウインドシールド10は側方で2つのいわゆるAピラー12,14により制限される。ウインドウワイパ装置は2つの払拭レバー16,18を有している。払拭レバー16,18の払拭ブレード20,22はウインドシールド10の払拭範囲24,26を擦過する。図1で見て、払拭レバー16,18は、ウインドシールド10の下縁の近傍にある駐車位置を取っている。払拭運動時、払拭レバー16,18は、払拭レバー16,18の図示の駐車位置と反転位置28,30との間で延在する払拭角φ1,φ2を擦過する。
Claims (3)
- 少なくとも1つの払拭レバー(18)が設けられており、該払拭レバー(18)の駐車位置または反転位置(30)が、車両ボデーの、ウインドシールド(10)を側方で制限するAピラー(14)に対してほぼ平行に延びており、払拭角(φ2)が偏心ボールジャーナル(60)により調節されるようになっており、該偏心ボールジャーナル(60)が駆動クランク(54)の自由な端部に配置されており、駆動クランク(54)を、ジョイントロッド(42)を介してヒンジ式にモータクランク(38)に結合する一方、駆動クランク(54)の他方の端部が相対回動不能に、払拭レバー(18)の固定部分(58)を駆動する駆動軸(56)に設置されている、自動車のためのウインドウワイパ装置の払拭レバー(16,18)の駐車位置と反転位置(28,30)との間の払拭角(φ1,φ2)を調節する方法において、ウインドウワイパ装置をまず偏心ボールジャーナル(60)なしに車両ボデーに取り付け、その後、偏心ボールジャーナル(60)のリベットジャーナル(64)を駆動クランク(54)の相応の孔内に挿入し、最適な払拭角(φ2)を求め、リベットジャーナル(64)のジャーナル軸線(68)を中心とした偏心ボールジャーナル(60)の回動により、偏心ボールジャーナル(60)のジョイント軸線(66)と駆動軸(56)の軸線(76)との間の有効な半径(78)を変更することにより、最適な払拭角(φ2)を調節し、最終的にリベットジャーナル(64)を駆動クランク(54)内に、調節された位置で固定することを特徴とする、払拭角を調節する方法。
- 偏心ボールジャーナル(60)のリベットジャーナル(64)を払拭角(φ2)の調節後に駆動クランク(54)内に圧刻、かしめまたはリベット締めにより固定する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 偏心ボールジャーナル(60)の、調節/かしめ装置により調節される有効な半径(78)を、制御ループ内で、既に同じ自動車に組み付けられたワイパ装置の払拭角(φ2)の公差位置と、ワイパ装置の個別部分の公差位置とを基に求める、請求項1または2記載の方法。
