Abstract

Description

用于设定刮水角度的方法
本发明涉及一种用于调节刮水角度的方法,其用于设定具有至少一个雨刷杆的汽车的刮水器装置的雨刷杆的停止位置和反转位置之间的刮水角度,所述雨刷杆的停止位置或者反转位置和汽车车身的侧面限定挡风玻璃的A-立柱几乎平行地延伸,其中,借助一个偏心球形轴颈设定刮水角度,该偏心球形轴颈设置在传动曲柄的一个自由端部上,并且这个传动曲柄通过一个连杆与一个马达曲柄铰链连接,而传动曲柄的另一端部不可相对转动地设置在驱动刮水杆的固定部件的传动轴上。
对今天的刮水器装置的要求是,刮水器装置具有尽可能大的刮水区,该刮水区能尽可能地盖住整个挡风玻璃。这通过下述措施达到,即刮水器装置的至少一个雨刷杆的停止位置或者反转位置位于侧面边界的附近,并且与它几乎平行地延伸。挡风玻璃的侧面边界通过汽车车身的所谓的A-立柱形成。通常汽车驾驶员一侧的雨刷杆满足这些要求。
此外,所使用的越来越长的雨刷杆也具有越来越来越长的刮水片。在此,由于刮水角度公差在雨刷杆的反转位置中产生到A-立柱非常大的距离。这就是说,当雨刷杆的刮水区定义为约1000毫米长、标准刮水角度公差为±1.5度时在不利的情况中在A-立柱区域中所考虑的刷不到的宽度为52毫米。这在当今的视界要求中会出现问题。
在当今的通用的刮水器装置中雨刷杆用一个固定部件设置在一个传动轴上。这个传动轴通过一个传动曲柄和一个球形轴颈以及通过一个杠杆机构由刮水器马达驱动。此外,在已公开的刮水器装置中球形轴颈设计成偏心球形轴颈,并且安装在传动曲柄上。然后在生产线结束时对刮水角度进行测量。通过转动偏心轮改变传动曲柄的有效半径,直到刮水角度达到所希望的数值。然后借助一个锁紧螺母对偏心球形轴颈进行固定。
按照本发明,首先无偏心球形轴颈地将刮水器装置安装到汽车车身上。然后将偏心球形轴颈的铆销钉装入到传动曲柄的一个相应的孔中,并且根据最佳刮水角度对其进行设定,其方法是通过绕铆销钉的销钉轴线转动偏心球形轴颈以改变偏心球形轴颈的铰链轴线和传动轴的轴线之间的有效半径。然后将铆销钉固定在传动曲柄中。通过根据本发明的方法不仅考虑了刮水器装置的单个部件的公差,而且也考虑了由车辆所造成的公差。通过这一措施能够达到±0.5度的刮水角度公差。
根据本发明的一种结构方案建议,在设定刮水角度以后将偏心球形轴颈的铆销钉压制、冲压或者铆接在传动曲柄中。这样,部件更加简单,并且节省了调节螺母,这总体上说来是成本经济的。
此外存在一种方案,即在一个调节回路中借助已经在相同的车辆中安装的刮水器系统的刮水角度的公差范围和刮水器装置的单个部件的公差范围求出有效的半径,通过这个有效半径并借助一个调整-和冲压装置设定偏心球形轴颈。从这些经验数值中可以得到关于具体安装情况的足够准确的结论,从而采用这种措施也可以保持很低的刮水角度公差。
从下述附图的说明中可以得到其它的优点。在附图中表示本发明的一个实施例。附图、说明书和权利要求包括许多特征组合。普通技术人员也可合适地单独考虑这些特征,并且综合成其它有意义的特征组合。
