- 翼軸線(73)に沿って配置された羽根部(67)と、該羽根部(67)の脚に配置され翼軸線(73)に対して横に延びる台座(71)を有する翼台座部(61)とを備え、前記台座(71)が羽根部を支えない第1台座壁(70)と羽根部を支える第2台座壁(69)を有しているタービン翼(63)において、羽根部(67)の脚に羽根部(67)から台座(71)への移行部(65)の経路において、第1台座壁(70)がその経路に空力学的湾曲部(104)を有し、第2台座壁(69)がその経路において羽根部(67)への継続部に第1台座壁(70)に対する引込み段部(103)を有していることを特徴とするタービン翼(63)。
- 第1台座壁(70)の湾曲部(104)と第2台座壁(69)の段部(103)との間に、台座(71)を冷却するための中間室(91、93)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン翼(63)。
- 中間室(91、93)が、台座(71)の全経路に沿って本質的に段部の高さで規定された一様な高さ(105)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタービン翼(63)。
- 第2台座壁(69)が第1台座壁(70)の壁厚より大きな壁厚を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のタービン翼(63)。
- 第2台座壁(69)が冷却材貫通孔(107)を有し、移行部(65)の経路における単位面積当たりの冷却材貫通孔(107)の数が、残りの翼台座部におけるより多いことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のタービン翼(63)。
- 第1台座壁(70)が、羽根部(67)に接するばね弾性鋼板部(77、79)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のタービン翼(63)。
- 台座(71)が羽根部(67)の両側で質的に同じに延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のタービン翼(63)。
- 軸線(3)に沿って延びる断面環状の作動媒体(M)用流路(5)と、軸線(3)に沿って第1翼段(7、11)の後方に配置された第2翼段(9、13)とを備え、これらの各翼段(7、9、11、13)が、環状に配置され半径方向に流路(5)の中に延びる請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の多数のタービン翼(63)を有していることを特徴とするガスタービン(1)。
- タービンロータにおける動翼(23)の形をしたタービン翼(63)の回転運転中、その回転によって羽根部の脚から羽根部の方向(99)に作用する遠心力が発生し、ばね弾性鋼板部(77、79)が遠心力によって突き合わせ部(81、85)に向けて押し付けられ、これによって、遠心力固着されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のガスタービン(1)。
- タービン車室(15)における静翼(21)の形をしたタービン翼(63)の運転中、冷却材によって圧力勾配が、羽根部の脚から羽根部の方向(99)に向けて発生し、ばね弾性鋼板部(77、79)がその圧力勾配によって突き合わせ部(81、83)に向けて押し付けられ、これによって、圧縮固着されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載のガスタービン(1)。
