Claims (4)

  1. 第1のソリッドステート薄膜ヒータ−吸収体チャンネル(31)を有する濃縮器(704)と、
    前記第1のソリッドステート薄膜ヒータ−吸収体チャンネルに隣接するフェーズド・ヒータ・アレイと、を備え、
    前記濃縮器は、前記第1のソリッドステート薄膜ヒータ−吸収体チャンネル(31)に隣接された第2のソリッドステート薄膜ヒータ−吸収体チャンネル(32)を有し、
    前記第1および第2のソリッドステート薄膜ヒータ−吸収体チャンネル(31、32)は、50psi(≒3.5bar)より大きい圧力を有する流体を濃縮および/または分離するためのものである、
    流体アナライザ。
  2. 複数のヒータ(20、22、24、26)を有する第1のチャンネル(31)を備え、
    前記第1のチャンネルは、内部高圧力に十分耐える構造を有し、
    前記内部高圧力は、約50psi(〜3.5bar)と10000psi(〜700bar)の間にあり、
    前記チャンネルは、前記複数のヒータのうちの各ヒータ要素(20、22、24、26)に対応する少なくとも1つの相互作用的要素(40、42、44、46)を含み、
    前記複数のヒータ要素は、前記対応する少なくとも1つの相互作用的要素を加熱するために、時間段階的シーケンスで電圧を印加されることができ、
    各対応する相互作用的要素は、前記第1のチャンネルにおいて流体の構成成分を吸収および/または脱着することができる、
    流体アナライザ。
  3. 内部表面と外部表面とを有する細長い構造(730)と、
    前記構造の前記内部表面上に形成された吸収素材(732)と、
    前記外部表面上に形成されたヒータ材料(731)と、を備え、
    前記ヒータ材料は、非電導ギャップ(734)をその間に有するセグメントをなすように形成され、
    前記ヒータ・セグメントは、前記構造の長手方向に沿って移動する熱パルスを供給するために、フェーズド・ヒータ回路(737)に接続される、
    流体アナライザ。
  4. 内部表面と外部表面とを有する細長い構造(730)と、
    前記内部表面上に形成されたヒータ材料(731)と、
    前記ヒータ材料上に成された吸収素材(732)と、
    を備える流体アナライザ。
