Abstract

 従来よりも高い効率が得られる流体移送装置、及び該流体移送装置を具えた燃料電池を提供する。  本発明に係る流体移送装置は、ループ状の弾性体1と、弾性体1にそのループ方向に沿って配置された少なくとも2つの圧電素子3、3と、弾性体1の平板部11に沿って形成された少なくとも1つの流路6とを具え、両圧電素子3、3に互いに位相の異なる電圧を印加して、弾性体1にそのループ方向に進行する屈曲波を発生させることにより、流路6内の流体を移送する。本発明に係る燃料電池は、ループ状弾性体の内部にMEAを配置して、MEAに沿って液体流路と気体流路を形成している。
