Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform a high-precise detection of a discharge, by enabling changing of a heating time period to fluid to be measured at a heating part corresponding to a discharge to be measured, and by switching a temperature-sensitive element by the magnitude of discharge and velocity of fluid. CONSTITUTION:A low-speed temperature-sensitive element 19-1 and a high-speed temperature-sensitive element 19-2 are mounted, and in case discharge is below a reference discharge previously set corresponding to discharge of fluid in a flow path 11, a heating period of fluid is set based on a detecting value by the low- speed temperature-sensitive element 19-1. In case discharge of fluid in the flow pipe 11 exceeds the reference discharge, an analogue switch circuit 30 actuates, and a heating period of fluid is set based on a detecting value by the high-speed temperature-sensitive element 19-2. This causes a heating period to fluid to be set to a most suitable value corresponding to discharge of fluid and enables to perform a high-precise measurement of discharge.
