Claims (10)
- 触媒床を通過する混合ガスの実質的に軸方向の貫流のある合成反応器、例えば酸化脱水素反応用の合成反応器の内に酸素を噴射する方法において、酸素が純粋な状態で、あるいは空気として、あるいは不活性ガスまたは水蒸気との混合状態で触媒床上に配置された環状分配装置系に供給され、かつ環状分配装置系内で多数の吹出し口から、垂線から偏った傾斜する角度で触媒表面に噴射されることを特徴とする方法。
- 酸素の噴射が、反応器の中心方向におよび/または反応器壁の方向におよび/または正接方向に行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 酸素の噴射が、正接方向でそして環状分配装置の環毎に環状分配装置の環から環へ変化する方向で行われる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 酸素の噴射が、触媒床の上方約50〜300mmで行なわれ、この噴射が触媒床の上方の空域内において1秒以内の酸素滞留時間を保証することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 触媒床を通過する混合ガスの実質的に軸方向の貫流のある合成反応器、例えば酸化脱水素反応用の合成反応器内に酸素を噴射する、特に請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施するための装置において、
環状分配装置が吹出し口(6)を備えかつ触媒床(3)上の多数の集中する管路(7)よりなり、この場合垂線から偏った傾斜した角度で酸素を吹き出すための吹出し口(6)が触媒表面上に形成されていることを特徴とする上記装置。 - 触媒床が中央に配置されておりそして触媒床の上に混合ドームを有する請求項5に記載の装置において、中央のガス供給管(2)を取り囲む酸素の環状分配装置(7)を特徴とする、上記装置。
- 環状分配装置がガス吹き出し口を有する多数の共軸配置された環状管(7)で形成されており、該ガス吹き出し口(6)が反応器中心への方向におよび/または反応器壁方向におよび/または正接方向のガス流を保証する、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 隣接したガス吹出し口(6)が様々な流動物吹出し方向を有していることを特徴とする請求項5〜7いずれか一つに記載の装置。
- ガス吹出し口(6)が隣接した環状管路の隣接した吹出し口に対して互い違いの順序で整向されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- ガス吹出し口(6)が穿孔あるいはノズルとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
