Claims (7)
- 触媒充填物を通過する混合ガスの実質的に半径方向の貫流により、酸化脱水素反応用の合成反応器内に酸素を噴射する方法において、
酸素が純粋な状態で、あるいは空気として、あるいは不活性ガスまたは水蒸気との混合状態で、合成反応器の上側領域内に形成されているガスドーム内に設けられた環状分配装置に供給され、かつ環状分配装置内の多数の吹出し口から、合成反応器の中心軸線と環状分配装置に設けられた管路の中心軸線を通る垂直平面に対して偏った方向角度で、触媒表面に噴射されることを特徴とする方法。 - 触媒床の内部の円筒平面からの酸素の噴射が、反応器壁に向かう方向で行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 噴射が、円筒形の内部軸方向平面を形成する、吹出し口を備えた多数の平行な管路を用いて行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 円筒状軸平面での酸素の噴射が、触媒床の円筒状内壁の50〜300mm前方で行なわれ、この円筒状内壁が触媒床の前方の空域内において1秒以内の酸素滞留時間を保証することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 触媒充填物を通過する混合ガスの実質的に半径方向の貫流により、酸化脱水素反応用の合成反応器内に酸素を噴射する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施するための装置において、
吹出し口(6)を備えかつ内側円筒平面を形成する多数の管路(7)を触媒床の円筒状の内側平面より前方に有し、合成反応器の中心軸線と前記管路の中心軸線を通る垂直平面に対して偏った方向角度で、酸素を放出するための吹出し口(6)が触媒円筒面に向きを合わせられている環状分配装置を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 隣接したガス吹出し口(6)が異なる流れ出口方向を有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- ガス吹出し口(6)が穿孔あるいはノズルとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の装置。
