Abstract

В заявке описаны способ и устройство для вдувания кислорода в реактор химического синтеза, например в реактор окислительного дегидрирования, с прохождением потока газообразной смеси через слой катализатора в основном в радиальном направлении. С целью существенно улучшить эффективность примешивания кислорода к обрабатываемому в реакторе газу и перемешивания с ним кислорода перед его входом в катализатор прежде всего в процессе окислительного дегидрирования согласно изобретению предлагается подавать кислород в чистом виде, в составе воздуха или в смеси с инертным газом либо водяным паром в кольцевую распределительную систему (5) и через множество выходных отверстий в ней направлять на боковую поверхность слоя (3) катализатора под отличным от прямого углом к ней.
