Abstract
【解決手段】 皮膚を第1の波長帯域の赤外線放射と第2の波長帯域のスミレ/青色光で照射する過程を含む患者の皮膚の炎症を治療する方法。

Description
潰瘍(上記に詳述のように)。
皮膚老化、特に、皮膚への血流減少に起因する黄色みがかった皮膚を有する傾向のあるヘビースモーカーの皮膚老化。これらの患者の皮膚は、両者とも喫煙の結果に関係する、不十分な毛細血管の血液供給と慢性的潜在炎症の両方をこうむる。重汚染空気又は過度の日光への日常的な露出も同様の結果を有する。このような場合の皮膚は、可能ならばグリコール酸のようなフルート酸(fruit acids)及び他のクリームと組合せて、スミレ/青色及び赤外線放射によって治療することができる。5乃至15の治療の1コースが皮膚疾患を目に見えるように改善するものと期待され、その後に定期的な保守治療を続けることができる。
外科手術後浮腫及び皮膚の発赤。例えば、脂肪吸引法は、目立った浮腫及び皮膚の色の変化により追従され、これは、高強度(スミレ/青色は20mW/cm2及び赤外線放射は8mW/cm2を超える)のスミレ/青色及び赤外線放射による少ない回数の治療によりやわらげることができる。

- 第1の波長帯域の事実上の狭帯域赤外線(IR)放射と第2の波長帯域の事実上の狭帯域スミレ/青色光で皮膚を照射することより成る患者の皮膚の関連炎症による皮膚疾患を治療するための方法。
- 前記第1の波長帯域は、炎症付近での血管の膨張を生起するように選択され、前記スミレ/青色光での皮膚の照射は、血管が膨張している間での前記スミレ/青色光の炎症への適用より成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記皮膚の照射は、赤外線放射とスミレ/青色光で皮膚を同時的に照射することより成ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記皮膚の照射は、赤外線放射とスミレ/青色光で皮膚を逐次的に照射することより成ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。

- 前記第1の放射源は、GaAsダイオード及びGaAlAsダイオードの少なくとも一つより成り、一方、前記第2の放射源は、GaNダイオード、SiNダイオード、InSiNダイオード及びSiCダイオードの少なくとも一つより成ることを特徴とする請求項34に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1個の放射源は、前記少なくとも1個の放射源により発生する紫外線(UV)放射を遮断するスペクトルフイルターを備えることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1個の放射源は、前記少なくとも1個の放射源によって照射される皮膚を冷却するための強制空冷装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1個の放射源は、皮膚と接触して設置されるに適していることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- ランプであって、
少なくとも部分的に透明な包囲体と、
前記包囲体内の放電を励起するように該ランプに接続された励起回路と、
前記包囲体内に含有され、前記励起回路による放電励起の際に、狭帯域405nm−420nm及び狭帯域850nm−890nmの両方の放射を同時に射出するのに適した気体金属混合体であって水銀とハロゲン化ガリウムとハロゲン化セシウムとより成る該気体金属混合体を備えることを特徴とするランプ。 - 前記励起回路は複数の電極を備え、該複数の電極は前記包囲体内において予め定められた距離間隔をおいて分離されることを特徴とする請求項39に記載のランプ。
- (a)治療の間前記少なくとも1個の放射源を皮膚から離れた固定位置に保持するための自立支持機械固定具であって、前記機械固定具は、前記少なくとも1個の放射源を該固定具に作動的に固着する固着手段と前記少なくとも1個の放射源の治療領域からの距離又は位置を調節するための調節手段を備えており、前記機械固定具の固着手段は、前記放射源が前記放射及び/又は光を射出しているときに前記少なくとも1個の放射源を前記固定位置に保持する該自立支持機械固定具と、
(b)前記赤外線放射及びスミレ/青色光の皮膚への送出に先立って前記赤外線放射及びスミレ/青色光を集めて適合させるための光学システムと、
(c)前記赤外線放射及びスミレ/青色光に関連するパラメータを制御するための電子手段とを備えることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。 - (a)前記皮膚から離れた固定位置にある少なくとも1個の放射源を備えた自立支持機械固定具であって、前記放射源を前記固定具に作動的に固着する固着手段と前記皮膚からの前記放射源の距離又は位置を調節するための調節手段より成る該自立支持機械固定具を前記皮膚疾患及び関連炎症を治療するための施術治療位置に位置づける過程と、
(b)前記皮膚に前記事実上狭帯域の赤外線放射と前記事実上狭帯域のスミレ/青色光を適用する過程とより成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
