Claims (4)
- 板金(1、2)、有利には、異なる厚さの板金ストリップ、または板金プレートを突合わせ溶接するための方法であって、この方法が、
これら板金(1、2)の上方および下方に、対の状態で、互いに間隔をもって溶接継ぎ目の直ぐ横に設けられた緊張ローラー(4、5、10)でもって、
これら板金(1、2)の接触ライン、即ち製造されるべき溶接継ぎ目に沿って、
レーザー光(11)または電子ビームと、板金(1、2)との間の相対的な移動によって行なわれ、
その際、これら板金(1、2)の上方に設けられたこれら緊張ローラー(10)が、高さ移動可能に、及び/またはばね作用を行なうようにこれら板金(1、2)の上で転動する様式の上記方法において、
少なくとも溶接継ぎ目の一方の側で、これら板金(1、2)の下方に設けられた、緊張ローラー(4、5)が、高さにおいて位置調節されることを特徴とする方法。 - 緊張ローラー(4、5)は、この所属する板金(1、2)の厚さ、及び/または必要な高さ位置に依存して、高さにおいて位置調節されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 継続している溶接工程の間じゅう、一方の緊張ローラー(4)の高さが変化され、且つ、他方の緊張ローラー(5)の高さが固持されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の溶接方法を実施するための、板金(1、2)、有利には、異なる厚さの板金ストリップ、または板金プレートを突合わせ溶接するための装置であって、その際、
これら板金(1、2)の上方および下方に、対の状態で、互いに間隔をもって溶接継ぎ目の直ぐ横に緊張ローラー(4、5、10)が設けられており、且つ、
これら板金(1、2)の上方に設けられたこれら緊張ローラー(10)が、高さ移動可能に、及び/またはばね作用を行なうようにこれら板金(1、2)の上で転動する様式の上記装置において、
板金(1、2)の下方に設けられた緊張ローラーの内の、少なくとも1つの緊張ローラー(4)が、垂直方向の案内レールの上で高さ位置調節可能な軸受(8)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
