Claims (9)
- 検出された対象(5,6)の移動量を示す,少なくとも1つの対象検出器(2)の信号と,少なくとも1つの自己の運動センサ(12,13)の信号と,が評価装置(10)へ供給可能であり,高まった衝突リスクを有する交通状況が存在することを,自動車(1)の運転者に警告する方法において:
前記評価装置(10)は,すべての検出された対象(5,6)について,かつ自己の車両(10)について,最大の加速値または減速値と最大の時間的加速変化値または減速変化値を考慮して,すべての可能な移動軌線を予め計算し(23),衝突が迫っていることを認識した場合には,運転者に,危険を回避するためには,より高い加速値または減速値(amax)および/または加速変化値または減速変化値(amaxpunkt)が必要であるという,警告信号(18,25)が出力されることを特徴とする,自動車の運転者に警告する方法。 - 前記最大の加速値または減速値(amax)と前記最大の時間的加速変化値または減速変化値(amaxpunkt)は,前記運転者がこれをまだ快適であると感じるように,定められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 車両縦加速,車両縦減速および車両横加速について,異なる最大値および時間的変化最大値が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記最大の加速値または減速値(amax)と前記最大の時間的加速変化値または減速変化値(amaxpunkt)が,現在の車両速度(V)に従って変化可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記最大の加速値または減速値(amax)と前記最大の時間的加速変化値または減速変化値(amaxpunkt)が,前記対象検出器(2)によって認識された走行状況に従って変化可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 運転者への警告(18)に加えて,車両駆動装置,車両減速装置(20)および/または車両操舵装置への自動的な介入を出力可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 評価装置(10)と,検出した対象(5,6)の移動量を求めて前記評価装置(10)に供給可能な少なくとも1つの対象検出器(2)と,自己の車両(1)の運動を表す信号を前記評価装置(10)に供給可能な少なくとも1つの運動センサ(12,13)と,を備え,高まった衝突リスクを有する交通状況が存在することを,自動車(1)の運転者に警告する装置において:
前記評価装置(10)は,すべての検出された対象(5,6)について,かつ自己の車両(1)について,最大の加速値または減速値(amax)と最大の時間的加速変化値または減速変化値(amaxpunkt)を考慮して,すべての可能な移動軌線を予め計算し,前記評価装置(10)が運転者警告装置(18,19)を活動させることが可能であって,前記運転者警告装置が運転者に,衝突を回避するためには,より高い加速値または減速値および/または加速変化値または減速変化値が必要であることを伝達することを特徴とする,自動車の運転者に警告する装置。 - 少なくとも1つの対象検出器(2)が,レーダーセンサ,レーザーセンサ,超音波センサ,ビデオセンサまたはその組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 運動センサ(12,13)が,少なくとも1つの速度センサ,加速度センサおよび/またはヨーレートセンサであることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置。
