Abstract
Description
特に、本発明は、複数の遊星部材が、半径方向で内側のレースと外側のレースとに転がり接触している型の連続可変伝達装置であり、各レースは、軸方向に間隔を保つ2つの部品からなり、片方のレースのこれら2つの部品の軸方向の離隔距離を選択的に変化させ、それによりそれらと転がり接触している遊星部材の半径方向の位置を選択的に変化させる制御手段を有する連続可変伝達装置に関する。
Claims (10)
- 複数の遊星部材が、半径方向で内側のレースと外側のレースとに転がり接触している型の伝達装置であって、各レースは、軸方向に間隔を保ち軸方向に相対的に可動な部品からなり、これら2つのレースの片方の部品間の軸方向離隔距離を決定する制御手段を有し、遊星は駆動伝達のため伝達装置の入力部材或いは出力部材に接続手段により接続され、該接続手段は遊星の半径方向の位置を、2つのレースの該片方のレースの部品間の軸方向離隔距離の変更に応じて変更できるようにするものであり、また、少なくとも片方のレース及び/又は遊星の曲面の母線が非円形である連続可変伝達装置。
- 少なくとも片方のレース及び/又は遊星の曲面の母線が非連続であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された連続可変伝達装置。
- 少なくとも片方のレース及び/又は遊星の曲面の母線の少なくとも一部が、渦巻状曲線、伸開線又は縮閉線であること特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載された連続可変伝達装置。
- 少なくとも片方のレース及び/又は遊星の曲面の母線の少なくとも一部が、少なくとも他の一部より急な曲線をしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の連続可変伝達装置。
- 前記制御手段が、螺旋相互係合手段によって相互係合される2つの調整部材を含み、両調整部材の片方が相対回転運動をすると、両調整部材間で軸方向に相対変位することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の連続可変伝達装置。
- 複数の遊星と遊星担体との間の接続手段が、少なくとも放射状成分を有する複数のスロットを有し、それぞれのスロット内に各遊星の一部が係合していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の連続可変伝達装置。
- 前記スロットが、スロットを通過する放射状線に対して傾斜し、使用の際、半径方向成分と円周方向成分の両者を有する力がスロットに加わる或いはすでに加わっているようにしたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の連続可変伝達装置。
- 前記半径方向で内側のレース及び外側のレースが、固定ハウジング内に位置し、これらレースの片方が、伝達装置の入力軸又は出力軸によって、ハウジングを基準にして回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7までのいずれか1項に記載の連続可変伝達装置。
- 出力駆動部材への及び/又は入力駆動部材からの駆動歯車列に固定比の遊星歯車を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8までのいずれか1項に記載の転がり接触連続可変伝達装置。
- 半径方向外側のレース及び/又は半径方向内側のレースの2つの部品が、螺旋継ぎ手によって相互接続され、前記2つの部品の間に転動体を備えて摩擦を減少することを特徴とする請求項1〜9までのいずれか1項に記載の連続可変伝達装置。
