Description
R’は、HまたはC1−〜C5−アルキル基まで、必要に応じて他の
官能基をたとえば1つまたは2つ担う。
457gの水と23gで25%のアンモニア溶液が2l−3つ口フラスコの中で30℃に加熱された。かき混ぜながら温度を一定に保ち400gのアルミニウムヘキサノラートが一滴ずつこの容器に1時間の内に加えられた。すると混合しない2相、上部にできるアルコール相とアルミナ/水相が形成された。
食塩水でできたバイヤライトを製造するために100gのアルミン酸ソーダ溶液と200gの水が11の3つ口フラスコの中で30℃に加熱された。この容器の中にpH値が10になるまでかき混ぜて温度を一定に保ちながら硫酸アルミニウム溶液が加えられた。この追加は45分以内で行われた。その後すぐに70℃に加熱され、かき混ぜながら温度を一定に保ち30分間熟成された。加熱された反応混合物のろ過から生じたろ過ケーキは水1.51により洗われて乾かされた。

1.4g 受容体内のグリシン
400g アルミニウムヘキサノラート
その際反応を始める前にすでに付加的なアミノ酸が水とアンモニア溶液と共に3つ口フラスコの中に置かれた。
テストの実施は例1aと同じように以下の使用量で行われた:
232g 水
11.1g アンモニア溶液(25%)
0.6g 受容体内のL−アスパラギン酸
200g アルミニウムヘキサノラート
テストの実施は例1aと同じように以下の使用量で行われた:
232g 水
11.1g アンモニア溶液(25%)
1.2g 受容体内のL−アスパラギン酸
200g アルミニウムヘキサノラート
テスト5は大量のL−アスパラギン酸と共に行われた。保存された製品はレントゲン構造分析の結果としてベーマイト構造を示した。
テストの実施は例1aと同じように以下の使用量で行われた:
232g 水
11.1g アンモニア溶液 (25%)
0.6g 受容体内のL−セリン
200g アルミニウムヘキサノラート
テストの実施は例1aと同じように以下の使用量で行われた:
232g 水

1.2g 受容体内のL−ロイシン
200g アルミニウムヘキサノラート
テストの実施は例1aと同じように以下の使用量で行われた:

テストの実施は例1aと同じように以下の使用量で行われた:
232g 水
11.1g アンモニア溶液 (25%)
0.6g 受容体内のL−チロシナーゼ
200g アルミニウムヘキサノラート
500gで20%のエチレンジアミン溶液が11の3つ口フラスコの中で30℃に加熱された。温度をかき混ぜて一定に保ちながらこの容器の中に12.5gのアルミニウムをパウダー状に少しずつ30分のうちに追加した。その後すぐに温度が50℃に加熱され温度を保ちながら3日間軽くかき混ぜた。そして50gのエチレンジアミンを加えてさらに4日間軽くかき混ぜた。こうして反応混合物がろ過され、その結果生じたろ過ケーキは水とエタノールにより洗浄後に乾かされた。
Claims (14)
- 2〜24炭素原子を有する有機化合物或いはそれらの塩類であってそれぞれ自体が少なくとも1つのアミノ基及び少なくとも1つのカルボキシル基を有する有機化合物或いはそれらの塩類を添加することにより、pH値8以上を有する水溶液中で、0℃〜60℃でのアルミニウムアルコラートの加水分解によってアルミニウム三水和物を製造する方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、
前記有機化合物は、カルボキシル基に対して2、3または4位、好ましくは2位にアミノ基を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 上記請求項の1つに従った方法であって、
前記有機化合物はさらに、少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基を持つことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜3の1つに従った方法であって、
前記有機化合物は、L−セリン、アスパラギン酸、グリシンおよび/またはL−ロイシンであることを特徴とする方法。 - 上記請求項の1つに従った方法であって、
前記有機化合物は、加水分解受容体に対して、0.01〜1重量%、好ましくは0.2〜0.5重量%で存在することを特徴とする方法。 - 上記請求項の1つに従った方法であって、
前記製造されたアルミニウム三水和物は、ノートストランダイトまたはギブサイト構造を持つことを特徴とする方法。 - 上記請求項の1つに従った方法であって、
前記加水分解は、20℃〜60℃の間、好ましくは30℃〜40℃の間の温度で実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 上記請求項の1つに従った方法であって、
前記アルミニウムアルコラートは、加水分解受容体に対して、1:0.5以上、好ましくは1:0.7〜1:3の荷重配分比で添加されることを特徴とする方法。 - 上記請求項の1つに従った方法であって、
加水分解後さらに次の工程において、前記アルミニウム化合物は、好ましくは少なくとも1時間以上、熱水熟成(aging)させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10の方法であって、
前記熱水熟成は、30℃〜100℃の間、好ましくは40℃〜60℃の間の温度で実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10または請求項11の1つに従った方法であって、
前記熱水熟成は、Al2O3換算で、固形物スラリーの総重量に対して2〜25重量%、好ましくは3〜5重量%の固形物濃度を伴う固形物スラリーにおいて実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 0.6ml/g以上、好ましくは0.8〜1.5ml/gの細孔容積を有する、上記請求項の1つに従って製造され得る、アルミニウム三水和物。
- 触媒担体としての、請求項13に従ったアルミニウム三水和物の使用。
