Abstract
Description
本発明による光電素子及びこれを使用するターミナル装置は、添付図面を参照して以下に詳細に説明するが、本発明は、これらに限定されるものではない。
Claims (7)
- デジタル光電情報を目に見えるようにするよう構成された光電素子(10)であって、この素子(10)は、垂直及び水平に配列された多数の放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)で形成され、前記放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)は、基本的ユニットグループ(11)を形成するように構成され、これらグループは少なくとも3つの放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)を含み、且つその各々の放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)は、少なくとも予め設定された1つの波長又は波長範囲において光を放射するように構成され、これら放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)の協働作用は、前記素子(10)を使用して前記情報を目に見えるようにし、そして本質的に同時に光を検出してそこからデジタル情報を形成するように構成された検出ピクセル基本的ユニット(D)も前記光電素子(10)に配列されるような光電素子(10)において、前記基本的ユニットグル−プ(11)の少なくとも幾つかは、放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)だけでなく、少なくとも1つの検出ピクセル基本的ユニット(D)にも含むように構成されたことを特徴とする光電素子(10)。
- 前記基本的ユニットグループ(11)は、多角形、好ましくは、六角形として構成され、そして前記ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B、D)の中で、互いに別々に配列された放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)と、それらの間に配列された3つの検出ピクセル基本的ユニット(D)とを含むように分割される、請求項1に記載の光電素子(10)。
- 光を検出ピクセル基本的ユニット(D)に収束するためのレンズ手段(13)が、前記光電素子(10)に配列される、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の光電素子。
- 前記レンズ手段(13)は、少なくとも検出ピクセル基本的ユニット(D)をカバ−するように配列される、請求項3に記載の光電素子(10)。
- 光電素子(10)と、情報を検出するための検出ピクセル基本的ユニット(D)を含む感光性素子とを素子として備えると共に、これら素子(10,D)により取り扱われる情報を処理するための手段(14)も備えたターミナル装置(12)であって、前記光電素子(10)は、デジタル光電情報を目に見えるように構成され、前記素子(10)は、垂直及び水平に配列された多数の放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)で形成され、前記放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)は、基本的ユニットグループ(11)を形成するように構成され、これらグループは、少なくとも3つの放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)を含むものであり、且つこれら放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)の各々は、少なくとも予め設定された1つの波長又は波長範囲において光を放射するように構成され、これら放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)の協働作用は、前記素子(10)を使用して前記情報を目に見えるようにし、そして前記素子(10,D)は、本質的に同じ要素に関連して配列されると共に、前記手段(14)を使用することにより本質的に同時に動作するように構成されるようなターミナル装置(12)において、前記基本的ユニットグループ(11)の少なくとも幾つかは、放射ピクセル基本的ユニット(R、G、B)だけでなく、少なくとも1つの検出ピクセル基本的ユニット(D)も含むように構成されたことを特徴とするタ−ミナル装置(12)。
- 情報を処理するための前記手段(14)は、前記ターミナル装置(12)の感光性素子(D)により検出された情報を、前記ターミナル装置(12)の光電素子(10)において目に見えるようにするように動作される、請求項5に記載のターミナル装置(12)。
- 情報を処理するための前記手段(14)は、1つのターミナル装置(12.1)の感光性素子(10.1)により検出された情報を、データネットワーク(15)に接続された別のターミナル装置(12.2)へ送信し、その光電素子(10.2)によりその情報を目に見えるようにするよう動作するように構成された、請求項6に記載のターミナル装置(12)。
