Description
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの基材と、当該基材の表面に適用されて光を発する1つのコーティングとを含み、当該コーティングが異なる発光効果を得るよう表面の異なる部分において互いに隣り合って別々に電気接続できる複数の発光素子を含む平面発光素子であって、少なくとも1つの独立した発光素子(4)が、表面(3)の明るさと比べて高い光量と、ある方向に向けられた発光とを備えていることを特徴とする、平面発光素子。
- 前記少なくとも1つの独立した発光素子(4)の領域及びその発光の方向において、当該独立した発光素子(4)によって発せられた光を集中及び/又は配向するようデザインされた光デバイス(5、5’)が設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記平面発光素子が、そのうちの少なくとも一方(1.2)が前記発光素子(4)によって発せられた光に対して透過性である2つの基材(1.1、1.2)の間において積層素子の内部に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記光デバイス(5、5’)が、前記独立した発光素子(4)からの光を通す基材(1.2)の上又はその中に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記光デバイスが、レンズ(5)、特には平面レンズであることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記光デバイスが、ホログラフィック素子(5’)、特には発せられた光に対して透過性であるがその光を偏向するマイクロプリズムを備えた膜の形態のホログラフィック素子(5’)であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記光デバイスが、発せられた光に対して透過性であるがその光を偏向する平面鏡であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記光デバイス(5)が、発光素子上に直接的に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記独立した発光素子(4)によって発せられた光の少なくとも一部が、当該独立した発光素子(4)によって発せられた光を通し、光導波路として作用する基材(1.2)の内部に誘導され、当該発光素子(4)から十分離れた他の場所に発せられることを特徴とする、請求項3〜8のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記独立した発光素子からの光の放射方向が、前記平面発光素子の平面の法線から偏向されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子。
- 反射防止層(7)が、少なくとも前記独立した発光素子(4)からの光線の出口点に設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子。
- 少なくとも1つの発光素子(3、4)を接続及び/又は分離するための少なくとも1つのスイッチング素子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスイッチング素子が、前記平面発光素子の一方の表面と関連した接触又は近接検出器であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の平面発光素子。
- 前記独立した発光素子の表面領域において不透明なコーティング(2)が設けられ、当該コーティングに沿って出て行く光が光デバイス(5’)により偏向されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子。
- 乗り物の内装品のための、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子の使用。
- 前記平面発光素子が、乗り物のルーフィング基材又は素子を形成する、請求項15に記載の使用。
- 建物に装備するための、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の平面発光素子の使用。
