Claims (10)
- オリフィスを介して吸い込まれる空気が蓄積する第1室と、空気を分配して吸気弁に通じるインテークマニホールド(5)を含む第2室と、前記第1室と前記第2室とを画定するハウジングと、スロットル機構(8)とを有する内燃機関用のインテークモジュールにおいて、
前記スロットル機構(8)が、支持モジュール(9)とスロットルボディを備え、前記インテークモジュールの前記第1室と前記第2室との間に取付けられることを特徴とするインテークモジュール。 - 2つ以上のスロットルボディが前記支持モジュール(9)に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインテークモジュール。
- 前記スロットルボディが、電気駆動されるスロットルバルブ(10)であることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載のインテークモジュール。
- 独立した駆動手段が、各スロットルボディに割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項2あるいは3に記載のインテークモジュール。
- 共通の中央コネクタ(14)により、制御ユニットから前記スロットルボディまでの電気接続を形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインテークモジュール。
- 第1のシェル部(6)が前記第1室を備え、第2のシェル部(7)が前記第2室を備え、前記支持モジュール(9)が、前記第1のシェル部と前記第2のシェル部との間に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインテークモジュール。
- 前記第1のシェル部(6)、前記第2のシェル部(7)前記支持モジュール(9)の各々が、少なくとも1つのフランジ面を有し、前記第1のシェル部と前記第2のシェル部と前記支持モジュールとが、前記フランジ面で共に接合され、少なくとも1つの締結具によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインテークモジュール。
- 前記支持モジュール(9)と前記第1のシェル部(6)と前記第2のシェル部(7)とが、ボルトによって取り外し可能に固定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインテークモジュール。
- 真空ラインを連結するための一体連結部(31)が、前記第2のシェル部(7)、及び/又は、前記支持モジュール(9)に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のインテークモジュール。
- シリンダがV字状に配置されている内燃機関において、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の前記インテークモジュール(3)が、シリンダヘッド(1)の間の空間に取付けられることを特徴とする内燃機関。
