Claims (10)
- ラジカル基として−Hおよび/または−F、アルキル基、アリール基および/またはフッ化炭化水素を有する、金属を含有するか金属を含有しないフタロシアニン等の3個から12個の環構造を有する疎水性の線状または2次元の多環式芳香族化合物で構成される層(HIL1)の、有機層により構築される電子部品中のバリア層としてまたは該部品の封入としての使用。
- 前記層が、アントラセン、フェナントレン、テトラセン、クリセン、ペンタセン、ヘキサセン、ペリレン、トリフェニレン、コロネン、m−ナフトジアントラセン、m−アントラセノジテトラセン、m−テトラセノジペンタセン、ピレン、ベンゾピレン、オバレン、ビオラントレンおよびラジカル基として−Hおよび/または−F、アルキル基、アリール基および/またはフッ化炭化水素を有する前述の物質の誘導体からなる群からの材料から形成されたものである請求項1に記載の使用。
- 基板(1)、前記基板(1)に適用された第1の電極(2)、少なくとも1つの電子注入および輸送ゾーン(EIL)、少なくとも1つの正孔注入および輸送ゾーン(HTL、HIL)並びに第2の電極(3)を有する有機発光ダイオードであって、前記正孔注入および輸送ゾーン(HTL、HIL)が、ラジカル基として−Hおよび/または−F、アルキル基、アリール基、および/またはフッ化炭化水素を有する、金属を含有するか金属を含有しないフタロシアニン等の線状または2次元の鎖および3個から12個の環構造を有する多環式芳香族化合物で構成される層(HIL1)を含むことを特徴とする有機発光ダイオード。
- 基板(1)、前記基板(1)に適用されたカソード(2)、少なくとも1つの電子注入および輸送ゾーン(EIL)、少なくとも1種の正孔注入および輸送ゾーン(HTL、HIL)、並びに光透過性アノード(3)を有する有機発光ダイオードであって、前記電子注入および輸送ゾーン(EIL)が小分子により構築され、それが、ラジカル基として−Hおよび/または−F、アルキル基、アリール基および/またはフッ化炭化水素を有する、金属を含有するか金属を含有しないフタロシアニン等の、線状または2次元の鎖および3個から12個の環構造を有する多環式芳香族化合物で構成される層によりアノード(3)に向けて結合されることを特徴とするダイオード。
- 前記層の材料が、アントラセン、フェナントレン、テトラセン、クリセン、ペンタセン、ヘキサセン、ペリレン、トリフェニレン、コロネン、m−ナフトジアントラセン、m−アントラセノジテトラセン、m−テトラセノジペンタセン、ピレン、ベンゾピレン、オバレン、ビオラントレン、およびラジカル基として−Hおよび/または−F、アルキル基、アリール基、および/またはフッ化炭化水素を有する前述の物質の誘導体からなる群からの材料で形成される請求項5または6に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記層(HIL1)と前記第2の電極(3)との間に、水溶液から適用される正孔注入および輸送ポリマー層(HIL2)が適用されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
