Abstract
【解決手段】成形された通気性または蒸気透過性の立体形状部材は、蒸気によって加熱された後、減圧することによって冷却されかつ加熱の際に生じた結露を蒸発させて、鋳型によって模様付けされた成形のまま持続させるというものである。この工程を行なうには、鋳型が特異な性質を有している必要がある。

Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性樹脂バインダーと、天然繊維および/または化学繊維と、さらに含有していても含有していなくてもよいフレーク状および/または顆粒状の泡沫状物質との混合物を含んでいる通気性および蒸気透過性の立体形状部材(4)を、調整および/または調製する工程であって、該立体形状部材(4)が、伝熱を低授受または非授受とする鋳型に挟まれ、耐圧チャンバ中、0.5〜0.01絶対バールの範囲内へ減圧する該チャンバの脱気により、表面を成形された後、蒸気の伝熱媒体により2〜10絶対バールの範囲内に加圧され、次いで0.5〜0.1絶対バールの範囲内に減圧され、結露した該伝熱媒体が蒸発することを特徴とする工程。
- 該立体形状部材からなるひとかたまり当たりの該伝熱が、該蒸気の伝熱媒体と、該成形された表面および/またはその工程サイクル中での台座との間で、該立体形状部材の表面の1m2につきまた該工程期間中で該立体形状部材を加熱するときの1Kにつき、250m2/s2未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工程。
- 該立体形状部材(4)が、少なくとも1層、とりわけ同一または異なる原材料成分からなる2層以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工程。
- 成形用鋳型が、有孔性および/または無孔性の金属シートでできており輪郭を形づける薄いシェルと、蒸気を偏流させる隙間を有する蒸気不透過性固体鋳型台座とであることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の工程。
- 少なくとも一つの該有孔性または無孔性の金属シートが、該鋳型の台座から2〜20mm離れており、輪郭の該成形をすることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の工程。
- 低い熱伝導率を持つ原材料とりわけポリテトラフルオロエチレン、エチレン・プロピレン共重合体、エポキシ樹脂またはフェノール樹脂からなる層を1〜30mmの層厚にして、鋳型台座へ押し当てて、輪郭の該成形をすることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の工程。
- 耐圧性の鋳型台座が、化学処理された固体原材料とりわけアルミニウムまたは鋼鉄でできていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の工程。
- 耐圧性の鋳型台座が、化学処理された鋳造材料とりわけネズミ鋳鉄または鋳造アルミニウムでできていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の工程。
- 120〜180℃に昇温する穴(7)やパイプコイルを通って流れる該伝熱媒体が、伝熱性オイルまたは熱水であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の工程。
