Abstract
Description
第1の実施例の銀メッキされたポリアミドのスレッドを有する電極10上で行われた真直DC抵抗測定は、楕円形の主軸の方向である第1の刺繍された構成要素12の一端から他端へとわたって測定された抵抗を示し、図1中の参照符号「C」及び「D」で示された測定点を使用し、約1オーム、具体的には0.7オームであった。電極の伸張又は屈曲は測定された電気抵抗において殆ど変化をもたらさず、伸張下での同一の測定は0.6オームであった。
Claims (12)
- 刺繍された構成要素を有する電極であって、
下地に刺繍された導電性スレッドを有し、
前記構成要素は、前記スレッドが前記電極の性能を最適化するよう選択された向きでステッチされた少なくとも1つの部分を有する、ことを特徴とする、
電極。 - 前記ステッチの向きは、スレッドの方向が電気伝導の所望された方向に対して略平行であるよう選択される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1記載の電極。 - 刺繍された電極であって、
1つ又はそれ以上の刺繍された構成要素を形成するよう、下地材料上にステッチされた伝導性スレッドから構成され、
前記電極は、第1の刺繍された構成要素と、前記第1の構成要素の一部分から延びる1つ又はそれ以上の更に刺繍された構成要素とを有する、
電極。 - 前記第1の刺繍された構成要素は、それ自体に折り重なるよう配置される、
請求項3記載の刺繍された電極。 - 前記少なくとも1つの更に刺繍された電極は、前記第1の構成要素の一部分にむかって延びる、
請求項3又は4記載の刺繍された電極。 - 1つ又はそれ以上の前記刺繍された構成要素の一部分は、前記電極の性能を最適化するよう選択された向きでステッチされた前記導電性スレッドから作られる、
請求項3乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載の刺繍された電極。 - 前記第1の刺繍された構成要素は、周辺電極構成部品を形成し、前記更なる刺繍された構成要素のうち少なくとも1つは、前記第1の構成要素の一部分から前記第1の構成要素の他の部分までの前記周辺構成部品によって示される周辺内に延びる、
請求項3乃至6のうちいずれか一項記載の刺繍された電極。 - 前記更なる刺繍された構成要素のうち少なくとも1つは、前記更なる刺繍された構成要素のうち他の1つに交差し横切る、
請求項7記載の刺繍された電極。 - 前記ステッチの向きは、スレッドの方向が前記部分の前記局所性において電気伝導の所望された方向に対して略平行であるように選択される、
請求項6記載の刺繍された電極。 - 前記導電性スレッドは、銀メッキをされたポリアミドである、
請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項記載の刺繍された電極。 - 請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載の刺繍された電極を有する、衣服又は装飾品。
- 前記1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載の刺繍された電極を有する装置。
