Abstract
本発明は、流体の圧力又は調整機器に存在する差圧を測定する方法及び装置に関する。この場合、電磁式に制御可能な調整機器(4)が、圧力測定に対して利用される。この場合、バルブ操作装置の位置又はバルブ操作要素に作用する力が、電気制御回路によって制御される。
Description
−図1中に示された横断面A1 は、第1の流れ絞りと解すことができる。その結果、このモデルは、2つの絞りから構成された直列回路として説明することが可能である。このとき、平均化された貫流が、このモデルから計算され得る。
−上述した第1の絞りA1 の圧力低下は、圧力低下に対する補正項の計算時に考慮され得る。

Claims (10)
- 流体の圧力又は調整機器に存在する差圧を測定する方法において、電磁式に制御可能な調整機器(4)が、圧力測定に対して利用され、この調整機器は、
−電磁的な配置を有し、この配置の場合、機械的な操作要素が、励磁コイルを制御することによって移動可能であり、及び
−調整機器を開き閉めるバルブ操作装置を有し、
この場合、操作要素が、このバルブ操作装置(1)に調整機器を開き及び/又は閉める機械的な力を及ぼし、
そしてこの場合、このバルブ操作装置又は磁力が、電気制御回路によって制御され、バルブ操作装置に作用する油圧力が、この電気制御装置内で操作要素に作用する磁力を測定することによって特に電気的に測定され、流体管内の圧力及び/又は調整機器内に存在する差圧が、この油圧力から算定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 調整機器は、油圧式ブレーキ制御装置内に組み込まれていて、この要素のセンサ要素としての機能に加えて、同時にアクチュエータ要素としての圧力制御に対して利用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 励磁されていない励磁コイルで閉鎖要素を開くか又は閉める戻り要素(2)及びバルブシート(3)が存在し、調整機器を開くか又は閉める閉鎖要素が、このバルブシート(3)内に係入する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- バルブ操作装置を位置決めする電流を算出するため、予め算定した個々の特性値,特性曲線又は特性マッピングが使用され、この場合、これらの個々の特性値,特性曲線又は特性マッピングは、特に調整機器を圧力の弱い状態で測定する補正ルーチンによって算定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 調整機器に固有の特性値,特性曲線又は特性マッピングを計算するため、開口変位l及び/又はばね力FFeder 及び/又は調整機器の磁気抵抗が算定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 補正ルーチンが実行され、この補正ルーチンの場合、1つの測定ルーチンを算出する調整機器に固有の特性値KGind に加えて、構造に固有の共通の特性値KGall も使用されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 調整機器の完全に開かれている位置及び/又は完全に閉じられている位置のタペット力及び/又は磁気抵抗RM が、補正ルーチンで算定されることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 磁力が、磁束から算定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 励磁コイルで電流の変化の結果として誘導された電圧が、測定され特に積分される請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧力を制御する少なくとも1つの調整機器を有する電気油圧式圧力制御装置において、圧力制御に対して設けられている調整機器が、圧力を測定するために使用され、この場合、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法が、特にこの圧力制御装置内で実施されることを特徴とする電気油圧式圧力制御装置。
