Claims (10)
- 액츄에이터에 발생된 압력차 또는 유체의 압력을 결정하는 방법에 있어서, 전자기 구동식 액츄에이터(4)가 압력 측정에 사용되며, 이 액츄에이터는 기계적 작동요소가 여진기 코일의 작동으로 움직일수 있는 전자기 장치와, 액츄에이터를 개폐시키는 밸브 작동 장치를 포함하고, 상기 작동요소는 액츄에이터의 개폐에 필요한 기계적 힘을 밸브 작동 장치(1)에 가하며, 밸브 작동 장치의 위치 또는 자기력을 제어하는데 전기 제어회로가 사용되고, 밸브 작동 장치에 작용하는 유압력은 상기 작동요소에 작용하는 자기력을 측정하여 전기적으로 측정되며, 이로부터 유체 라인의 압력 및/또는 액츄에이터에서의 압력차가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 유압 브레이크 제어 장치에 탑재되며, 센서 요소로서의 기능 외에, 이 요소는 압력 제어를 위한 작동요소로서도 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 여진기 코일이 비활성화 되었을때, 폐쇄요소를 개폐하기 위한 리셋팅 요소가 제공되고, 액츄에이터를 개폐하기 위해 상기 폐쇄 요소가 결합하는 밸스 시트가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미리 정해진 개별 파라미터, 특성 곡선 또는 특성 필드(field)가 밸브 작동 장치의 위치를 정하는 전류를 결정하기 위해 사용되고, 이러한 개별 파라미터, 특성 곡선 또는 특성 필드(field)는 특히 무압력 조건에서 액츄에이터를 측정하는 보정 루틴을 통해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서 액츄에이터와 관련된 파라미터, 특성 곡선, 특성 필드의 계산을 위해 개방 거리(1) 및/또는 스프링력(Fspring) 및/또는 액츄에이터의 자기저항이 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 측정 루틴에서 결정된 액츄에이터 관련 파라미터(KGind) 외에 제품 라인과 관련된 일반적인 파라미터(KGgen)도 고려되는 보정 루틴이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보정 루틴에서 태핏력 및/또는 자기저항(RM)이 액츄에이터의 완전 개방 및/또는 완전 폐쇄 위치에서 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자속으로 자기력이 결정되 는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전류 변동의 결과로 여진기 코일에 유도된 전압을 측정하고 적분하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 압력 제어를 위한 하나 이상의 액츄에이터를 포함하는 전자 유압 압력 제어장치에 있어서, 압력 제어를 위해 제공된 액츄에이터가 압력 측정에 사용되고, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법이 상기 압력 제어 장치에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 유압 압력 제어장치.
