Claims (23)
- 布キャリパーを有する布であって、
当該布は、前記布キャリパーの約50%以上をガイド材料でカプセル化するように、当該布の磨耗表面に結合されたガイド材料製の1つ以上のガイドを有することを特徴とする布。 - 前記のカプセル化は、当該布とガイドとを結合する初期機構であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記ガイドは、布の構造の50%以上をカプセル化するように、十分な厚さでVガイドを溶融して当該布に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記の溶融されたガイドは、固化して複合体を形成するように、当該布をカプセル化することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の布。
- 当該布と前記ガイドとの間の結合強度は、当該布又は前記ガイドの材料のいずれか単独の引裂強度と同等であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 織物材料、スパイラルリンク、MD若しくはCDヤーンアレイ、編物若しくは成形メッシュなどの不織材料、又はストリップの幅よりも大きな幅を有する基材を形成するように究極的に螺旋に巻き取られた材料ストリップから本質的になる群から選択された構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 透過性又は不透過性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 金属、又は合成若しくは天然の、フィラメント、繊維若しくはヤーンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記布は、溶融可能な熱可塑性物質若しくは成形可能な熱可塑性物質又は熱硬化性物質のいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記熱硬化性物質の架橋は、室温、UV、水分又は熱の少なくとも一つで行われることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の布。
- 前記ガイドは、硬化処理中に形状を保持するのに十分な粘度を有する架橋可能なポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記の架橋は、室温、UV、水分又は熱の少なくとも一つで行われることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の布。
- 前記ガイドは、ガイドの寸法を保持するように加工された滑車を使用しつつ圧力下で、当該に含浸された溶融可能な熱硬化性物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記ガイドは、実質的にV型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記Vガイドは、平坦、ハイリッジ及びリボン型の上部のいずれかを有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の布。
- 結合されたガイドを有する当該布は、工業用のベルトとして使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 当該布の各端部に2つのガイドを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記布キャリパーの約50%以下をカプセル化する上部表面コーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 当該布の表面平面上のコーティングの厚みは、0mm以上4mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記のコーティングは、ポリウレタン、ポリビニルクロライド、シリコーンゴム及び合成ゴムの一つを有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の布。
- 前記合成ゴムは、ニトリルゴム及びスチレンブタジエンゴムの一つであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の布。
- 前記のコーティングの浸透深さを制御するのに、スタッファー(stuffer)を使用することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の布。
- 前記スタッファーは、方形であることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の布。
