Abstract
【解決手段】回転バルブの貫通孔とバルブ収容室の開口部とが一致する場合に開となり、開口部が外周壁で塞がれる場合に閉となるようにバルブユニットを構成し、バルブ収容室の先端側の開口部にはシール弁座26を設け、バルブユニットと筒状体20との間に、スライドバルブホルダー42の前後移動に伴って回転バルブを回転させるピン413とカム孔とからなるカム機構を設け、回転バルブを回転可能に、かつシール弁座26に対して進退変位可能に支持する支持手段6を設け、支持手段6は、回転バルブを枢軸の周りで回転可能に支持する軸部61と、シール弁座26に対して直角方向に延びるように形成された長孔である軸孔62とを有し、回転バルブをシール弁座26に向けて付勢するバネ部材64を設けた。

Claims (6)
- ソケットとプラグの少なくとも一方の流体通路にバルブ機構を備えた管継手であって、
ソケット又はプラグを構成する筒状体内に、軸方向に移動自在に設定されたバルブユニットであって、筒状体内でソケットとプラグとの非接続時に前進位置にあり接続時に押されて後退する筒状のスライドバルブホルダー、及びスライドバルブホルダーに形成されたバルブ収容室内に収容され、貫通孔を有する回転バルブを備え、前記回転バルブの回転により、該回転バルブに開設した貫通孔と前記スライドバルブホルダーのバルブ収容室の開口部とが一致する場合に、前記回転バルブが開となり、前記バルブ収容室の先端側の開口部が回転バルブの外周壁で塞がれる場合に、回転バルブが閉となるバルブユニットを設け、
前記スライドバルブホルダーの後部と前記筒状体との間には、前記スライドバルブホルダーを前進方向に付勢する第1付勢手段を介装し、
前記バルブ収容室の先端側の開口部には前記ボールバルブの外周壁との間をシールするシール弁座を設け、
前記バルブユニットと前記筒状体との間に、前記スライドバルブホルダーの前後移動に伴って前記回転バルブを回転させるカム機構を設け、
前記回転バルブを回転可能に、かつ、前記シール弁座に対して進退変位可能に支持する支持手段を設けたことを特徴とする管継手。 - 前記回転バルブを前記シール弁座に向けて付勢する第2付勢手段を設けた請求項1に記載した管継手。
- 前記支持手段は、前記回転バルブを枢軸の周りで回転可能に支持する軸部と、前記スライドバルブホルダーに設けられ、前記軸部が嵌合する軸孔とを有し、該軸孔は、前記シール弁座に対して直角方向に延びるように形成された長孔である請求項1又は2に記載した管継手。
- 前記第2付勢手段は、円弧の一部を切除したほぼリング状のバネ部材を有し、前記スライドバルブホルダーに、前記軸孔の後端側に連接され二つの受入溝を設け、該二つの受入溝に前記バネ部材の両端部をそれぞれ係止し、かつ、前記バネ部材のリング状の内側に前記支持手段の軸部が当接され前記バネ部材が押し広げられる状態で装着され、前記バネ部材が前記回転バルブを前記シール弁座に向けて付勢するように構成した請求項2又は3に記載した管継手。
- 前記第2付勢手段は、前記スライドバルブホルダーを前進方向へ付勢する前記第1付勢手段が前記筒状体と前記支持手段の軸部の間に設定され、該第1付勢手段が前記回転バルブを前記シール弁座に向けて付勢するように構成する請求項2又は3に記載した管継手。
- 前記第2付勢手段は、ほぼU字状のバネ部材を有し、前記スライドバルブホルダーに、前記支持手段の軸孔の後端側に連接された受入溝を設け、該受入溝にほぼU字状のバネ部材を装着し、ほぼU字状のバネ部材の直線状の両端部がそれぞれ前記スライドバルブホルダーと前記支持手段の軸部とに当接し、ほぼU字状のバネ部材の直線状の両端部がそれぞれU字状の内側に向けて押圧された状態であり、ほぼU字状のバネ部材が前記回転バルブを前記シール弁座に向けて付勢するように構成する請求項2又は3に記載した管継手。
