(1)アクリル系樹脂を基材樹脂とする発泡粒子であって、粒子表面に網目模様状の連続した凸条を有することを特徴とするアクリル系樹脂発泡粒子、
(2)凸条に囲まれた網目の平均サイズが4〜40μm/個である上記(1)に記載のアクリル系樹脂発泡粒子、
(3)基材樹脂がメタクリル酸エステルと芳香族ビニル化合物との共重合体である上記(1)又は(2)に記載のアクリル系樹脂発泡粒子、
(4)上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載のアクリル系樹脂発泡粒子を製造するための発泡剤を含有する発泡性アクリル系樹脂粒子であって、樹脂粒子の断面において、表面と表面から5μm内側の位置との間に少なくとも気泡の一部が存在し、各気泡は気泡を形成する内壁間の最大寸法が1〜10μmである独立気泡、または表面に開口部を有する開放気泡であることを特徴とする発泡性アクリル系樹脂粒子、
(5)上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載のアクリル系樹脂発泡粒子を製造するための発泡剤を含有する発泡性アクリル系樹脂粒子であって、重合前の原料モノマー中に、流動パラフィン及び/又は高級脂肪酸エステル及び/又はオレフィンを、全モノマー量100重量部に対して、0.1〜3重量部添加してなることを特徴とする上記(4)に記載の発泡性アクリル系樹脂粒子、
(6)沸点80℃以下の有機系物理発泡剤を発泡剤として含有する上記(4)又は(5)に記載の発泡性アクリル系樹脂粒子、
(7)発泡剤がペンタンである上記(6)に記載の発泡性アクリル系樹脂粒子、
(8)上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載のアクリル系樹脂発泡粒子を型内に充填し、型内の発泡粒子を加熱し、相互に融着させ、冷却後に型内より取り出すことを特徴とするアクリル系樹脂発泡粒子成形体の製造方法、
(9)型内成形時における型内空間の最小寸法が少なくとも15cmであることを特徴とする上記(8)に記載のアクリル系樹脂発泡粒子成形体の製造方法、
